Ingredients
For kebab mixture
1 cup hung yogurt or ghadi dahi ( hang 1 liter yogurt overnight)
1/2 cup grated paneer
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp cumin powder or jeera powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp chopped dry fruits ( almonds and cashews)
2 tbsp corn flour
2-3 tbsp bread crumbs or as required to bind the dough
salt to taste
