Quite a few people have commented at the amount of oil used in their cooking but look at them: they are so lean and they work so hard! They burn all that oil by not living a sedentary lifestyle! ☺️

Lovely village atmosphere. Wish I was there. I will be making this for breakfast tomorrow with less oil and spelt flour. Very good channel to watch Gujarat village cooking. Yes they use lot of oil. They need it as they are working very hard and staying fit. Those staying in cities and sedentary lifestyles can use less oil.
