दही तीखारी और क्रिस्पी भाखरी | Perfect Lunch Recipe: Dahi Tikhari & Crispy Bhakhari |

Welcome to Sweet and Spicy Cuisine, where we bring you delicious and easy-to-make recipes from all over the world. Today, we will be showing you how to make two mouth-watering dishes - Dahi Tikhari and Krishpy Bhakhri.
Ingredients for Dahi Tikhari:
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tbsp hing (asafoetida)
- Few curry leaves
- 400g curd (dahi)
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
1. In a mortar and pestle, grind 10 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, and 1/2 tbsp salt into a paste. Set aside.
2. In a pan, heat 1 & 1/2 tbsp oil and add 1/4 tbsp hing. Then, add the ground garlic and chilli paste and sauté well.
3. Add a few curry leaves and mix.
4. Add 400g of curd and mix well.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and your Dahi Tikhari is ready. Set it aside.
Ingredients for Krishpy Bhakhri:
- 3 cups coarse wheat flour
- 1 tbsp salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Water (as needed)
- Ghee (for serving)
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix 3 cups of coarse wheat flour, 1 tbsp salt, and 2 tbsp oil.
2. Gradually add water and knead the dough until it becomes stiff.
3. Take a small portion of the dough and make a ball without using any dry flour.
4. Place a bowl on top of the dough ball to create an even shape for the bhakhri.
5. Remove the excess dough from the bowl and cook the bhakhri on both sides until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve the bhakhri with the Dahi Tikhari and apply some ghee on top for extra flavor. Enjoy your delicious and crispy Krishpy Bhakhri!
