I normally don't like skulls but on the outlandishness of Daggerr it seems to fit. Especially with the blue eye screws

I absolutely despise skull motifs on knives and clips. They come in and out of fashion periodically, and they appear to be getting increasingly popular in recent years.

I have the TNP special edition Sting in yellow. In hand it feels much better than you would expect. It’s nice that it’s different from all the knives coming out lately that all just look the same. Plus I normally hate skulls on things, but somehow this one doesn’t really bother me.

I just ordered the Daggerr Koschei Slim OTF {in purple!}. the design was extremely captivating and slick to me and the reviews I've seen, it seems to be very well-received. I probably will end up removing the pocket clip though. I do have to say, this spear point style blade is EXTREMELY attractive. I will probably get this one in the future.

Just got my Vendetta. EXCELLENT knife!!! Hopefully, we won't cut them off completely... I want another Daggerr....

They could make the clip two pieces, thinner grey coated steel under the black with the sole difference being the skull cutouts are missing on the black layer. One could put the grey one on top for the skull, or flip them for a plain black clip. They could each be ~.6x the thickness of the original clip steel for a 20% stronger clip. Easily sell out the next batch for $10+ more

It is normally not my thing, but I like the pocket clip. Maybe it is the screws in the eye holes, i don't know. But I do like these knives. Anyone that likes the Spyderco Endura might consider this. It is a very functional tool.

Got mine today from blade hq a sting with vg 10 steel and olive g10 handles

I know what you mean about wanting this to have PB washers rather than bearings. Im the type of guy that swaps PB washers onto his tri-way hinderers right away though. I think PB is welcome in this territory and i guess that bearings are fine in higher end production knives that most people arent going to actually be using anyway

I think that's a cool pocket clip with the skull and they are also out of Kazakhstan a former part of Russia but now they stand by themselves.

They make some fairly nice OTF knives as well.

I was looking at the carbon fiber model on bladehq. The CF molding around the lanyard looked rough. You can even see it in their photo. Also the only person who bought it said it was rough too. Has anyone else seen this flaw? If it’s the standard I’ll just buy the g10.

A Casey Lynch deep carry clip(Benchmade/Emerson hole pattern)fits well with very minor modification to the g10 on the knife. I have been edcing nothing but this knife both on and off the clock since tnp released his limited edition run. Imho its a knife that is made to be used and beat on unlike some of my more expensive edc options. Overall it's pretty much a Military sized blade in a PM2 sized frame. My buddy has cleaned 3 deer with his so far. So I think the bearings vs. pb washers is a non issue.

It's the aesthetics of what a Pattadese wants to be coupled to the no nonsense vibe of a Rat 1.5 and a dash of Pilar 3

The clip is certainly not for me, but I do like that they took the effort to extend the gimmick to the clip screws. I think the knife would have been a bit more coherent if they'd added some weird skull-shaped pivot screw/collar on the show side or doubled down on the weird thumb hole.

9 times out of 10 it’s gonna be regular D2. CPM D2 is fairly uncommon and unlikely to wind up in a budget knife like this one.

The skull clips just don't work for those knives. I'm not anti skulls on things, but if you're gonna go that route, you gotta go all in. It looks out of place with those run-of-the-mill G10 scales, especially the blue ones. Either commit to making a crazy-ass knife with a design and materials that work with skulls, or don't. You can't half-ass it.

Cool knife. Needs a different clip to get rid of the cringe skull one.

You are pretty cavalier about tearing this knife apart.

It kinda reminds me of a kunai.

I appreciate this insight lol. This is an older video and this knife in particular wasn't the most interesting. That's part of the game. Since then I have reviewed dozens of knives that have nearly sent me through a manic episode of enthusiasm. Depends which upload you're watching 😉

Just say Daggerr knives look like Russian mafia knives. If you would put this knife in a line up and ask everyone to pick out the most Russian mafia looking knife, it would get picked 10 times out of ten. And thanks, Mr. Funny Man, I can’t unsee the Super Mario Bros. mushroom style hole on the blade…
