I mean she defeated all of Danys allies, had the golden companies army on her side, her army, the greyjoys fleet, took out a dragon, knows another one died in the north, and had mounted spear guns on the walls. In reality she would have one this Bcs there were way to many guns for danys dragon to get through. Over just shitty writing in the last season. It doesn’t even make sense why Dany is burning everyone like she’s supposed to be the liberator. I would understand if she attacked the red keep but attacking the entire city after winning just made no sense to write in.

Actually, only Cersei. When Tywin was hand of Aerys was a good period, so good people said it was allá thanks to Tywin and not to the king. I felt bad for Daenerys with what happened to her throughout the series. However, she lost my support when she massacred innocent civilians. Cersei was the monster. Not her people. As the saying goes: 'With great power, comes great responsibility '. Sadly, Daenerys lost sight of this. She became the very tyrant that she swore early on to fight against. Even Jon Snow and Tyrion saw how dangerous she's become after this. She would have become a greater threat than Cercei if not stopped. Her sanity and reason completely went out the door.

Actually I think the mad King was not exactly mad.... His burn them all mania might have been due the three eyes raven ... Just like how hodor was created by bran... The previous three eyed raven was the mad king's brother.... He was warning his brother to burn the dead and to stop the night king.... And he got stuck in the loop and started obsessing over burning everyone.

The Dragon CGI really amped up from season to season. And now in House of Dragon its just *muah*…

Literally the epitome of don't bring a sword to a dragon fight.

These were the same people who cheered when Ned Stark's head was cut off. I really don't think Danny did anything wrong tbh! The only reason why I Hated season 8 was that Cercie didn't get the death she deserved. She died peacefully in the arms of her lover after destroying everyone's life. And y'all getting mad at Danny for snapping after everything was stolen from her. Whereas Cercie burned down the Sept tower with thousands of people in it and outside it, no one is complaining about this.

Well, you can't blame Varys. He saw how she was turning into someone with God complex. The more power she gained, the more righteous she became. Sansa also has a reason to distrust her. How many of her family members died because of a Targaryen ruler? And, Dany never really deserved to inherit the throne just because she has dragons. Jon was her older brother's only son. An older brother who was heir to the throne. By law and precedent, Jon is the heir. But, she wants the throne for herself.

the fact that cersi can trap and kill hundreds of people , kill anyone who is a threat to her and after all that when danny stormed king's landing she was suddenly seen as a monster , as a mad queen . i'm simply speechless

The biggest difference is that while both are truly evil, Cersi was coldly calculating and thought out her actions in order to stay ahead of the game. That means she was willing to sacrifice innocents for her own ambitions. While Daenerys actions were a moment of true maddness and were only to hurt and destroy. Again, in the end, neither of them were good or right. Both types you dont want to be in the crosshairs of. Both are equally unpredictable and cruel.

Just realised Cersei won the Game of Thrones. What do you do with an invincible enemy? Take them down with you. Missandei's execution achieved its aim: Tipping Daenerys over the edge. She became the Mad queen and her fate from then on was sealed. Cersei knew she couldn't win - and like the Hound with his brother - she resolved to take her enemy down with her.

Listen listen look hear me out. Whatever the writers thought they were doing, fine whatever. But in this moment, my heart really dropped for Tyrion here. He really, really held onto the thought that Dany would have been better for the people. The look in his eyes of defeat and betrayal just... Really great scene as far as Tyrion is concerned

Completely disagree. Tyrions own foolishness and tendency to try and play both sides? He definitely had his part in what we are seeing. She couldn't trust him. She had nobody left but grey worm and he was as rage filled as she was. Jon still had a family. She had lost everything but drogon. Even the "Mad" King waited until the enemy was at his doorstep before deciding to burn it all down as a last result. Danerys already won and the enemy was ready to surrender. She became exponentially MORE Mad in a fraction of the time which made zero sense and why many fans were ticked off.

Basically sacrificed her people. Queen of the year people👏👏👏
