Dadish with Voice Acting! (Father's Day 2023)
It's Father's Day! So find that father figure in your life and give him a big ol hug, as tight as you can (with in reason), and tell him how much you love him and grateful for him being there for you all these years.
For Mother's Day last month, we did a voice acting video for the game called Mommy. Well now for Father's Day, we are dipping into the world of Dadish! As we have Dadish traverse across 50 levels, rescuing his children, and a very loud screeching possum, while battling the forces of the evil Lord Durnak.
Dadish will return for Father's Day next year also, when we do Dadish 2 for Father's Day 2024.
Thank you to all our voice actors doing voices for this project, and a very special thank you to Jim Kirk, Jordan Hendrix, and Roosevelt Francillon for allowing their children, Eva Kirk, Brie Kirk, Amari Hendrix and Jaidon Gardner, to do the voices of the Radish children in this game. With Jim Kirk taking filling in as the Lavender Radish also when other options didn't fall through.
Jaidon Gardner also returning to this project from voicing Toby back in our Mother's Day video for Mommy!

Thank you everybody who participated in this project, another long one. Editing the Battle Network part 1 video and then this back to back was so time consuming and a huge undertaking... but we're not slowing down any time soon! Huge thanks to Jim Kirk, Roosevelt Francillon, and Jordan Hendrix for letting us have their kids voice the radishes in this video!

The family and I watch the video from beginning to the end. We all had a good laugh at Dadish snarky remarks and the little radishes comments and responses. It's possible. Given the nature of that game, that it has 365 levels and that each level is only active for one day of the year, we don't yet know how we can handle that game and have to make sure we never miss a day. also it would be a huge video if we did every level. we may or may not do that one in time. and if we do it may have to be broken into parts. we will cross that bridge when we get to it, and especially see if any updates to Daily Dadish in that time makes it so we can do the levels at any point or not. also.. how do they do leap year day? there's a lot to consider before doing that one. so for now we just plan to do the first 3 games, one per year for now and figure out Daily Dadish later on.

@@shalfeydervysh Nice. yeah will be looking into doing stuff like that possibly for filming it. Just there's again, a big difference between doing the Dadish trilogy that have 50 levels each... to Daily which is 365 levels, each with dialog to do voice acting for. so that's quite the mountain to try and tackle when we get to it. and I was pointed to other possible directions like a very similar game to this called Orange Family which almost has the same plot but it's an orange finding his kids.

It just allows you to play the same levels but as possum instead of Dadish, and all dialog is replaced with screeching and "Oh my gosh"

Had never heard of that game until you mentioned it. Checked it our briefly and it looks really similar to Dadish. That might make a good future video project, sure. Are there text dialog scenes in the game like in this one? it's kinda hard to add voice acting to a game without text in the way we do it.

@@hemnkarim4240 Looked into the game more. It seems very much similar to Dadish with the same sort of concept of a dad saving his kids through 50 platforming levels. So we might wait and do that for another father's Day special. or do it sooner. unsure at this time. Right now we plan for next year's Father's Day to be Dadish 2, with Dadish 3 the year after that. So maybe when Dadish games urn out we can do Orange Family. or... maybe when we need another slot filled that'd be one to do. Yet to be determined. but thanks for bringing it to my attention! would not have been on our radar at all that the game even exists
