DadFit | SIMPLE, EFFECTIVE, RUN THEN CLEAN AMD JERK

Todays Dad fitness is a video from awhile back after failing to regularly upload (mainly because Im not great at editing), I’m trying to make more videos. It’s for myself more than anything as a video diary, and if I can get even one Mum or Dad inspired to do some kind of fitness then that’s great. I also want a video diary of memories for me and my boy.
Anyway todays fitness is:
10 rounds
400m assault run*
5 x clean and jerk**
*use whatever machine you may have whether that’s rower, ski erg or even run out side.
**barbell was 60kg
Scales - by all means reduce the distance if needs be if 400m is too much for them many rounds. Barbell again can be reduced or even increase if you’re super strong and can keep the bar moving.
NO HALF REPS! YOU’RE ONLY CHEATING YOURSELF!
