Seeing Crow grow up from when you guys adopted him to today has brought tears to my eyes. We saw him grow up right before our eyes

Watching this little man from a toddler up to today. Watching crow growing up is like I'm being like his uncle and being proud of his achievements in life and him growing. It made me cry. Crow is lucky to have them as Dads and them being a Dad to crow and us to see crow grows old like we're like part of the fam. Peace to the world.

@@mattandblue Well most times the children look more like one parent haha I look more like my mom than my dad but have a little hint of my dad in my looks 😂 So he looks more like Matt but has a hint of Blue in him.💜

We had lamps like that in our house when I was a kid. Now all you need is some burnt orange paint & shag carpet! The eggs look delicious!

I looooooove shag carpet. We have a patch of it in our Harry Potter closet under the stairs. It’s smells nasty but looks so groovy.

I often wonder what happened to so many items I’ve seen in old pictures such as that type of lamp. What happened to yours? I can’t imagine parting with them Over the years. My grand mother had some incredible pieces that didn’t get passed down. I assume they were sold over the years…

@@mattandblue I have an older sister that my parents gave them to and from there I don’t know where they ended up, probably charity. It was the 70s and swag chandeliers were very popular. I remember seeing them in her first house. When my parents passed they had a beautiful swag chandelier in their living room that had four lamps on it. Unfortunately no one wanted it and we sold it with the house. If only I had known.

Loved this heartfelt video you both never disappoint! Loved the new chair and lamps!!!

I can't thank you enough for explaining in some good detail what is helpful for kids and youth stuck growing up in foster care systems. I worked with kids in the DC system for almost 20 years and my kids needed EVERYTHING all the time. Most of all, they needed the dignity that comes with new, properly fitting clothing, supplies for aging into independent living, and access to realistic independent living skills training. Everything matters.

Have been watching your videos for years. We have an adopted sister and she had been with us since she was 3 days old. She's 16 years old. I literally cried listening to you share stories about teenage kids not having their own family because they age out of the system. I hope more families looking for someone to foster/adopt will take care of them as a family. Sending love from Philippines. ❤️

Excellent question! I know he has done a few minor (amateur? Free?) projects, but I am not aware of any paid work. Blue hasn’t actually done any gigs other than the couple of single songs he has done like “Crow likes to go fast,” or whatever it’s called. 🤣 They both have talent! I for one would love to see them continue!

Yum, the eggs looked delicious! So fun to see Crow helping with the cooking and to see his sweet, handsome, smiling face! I love that you guys do the gift drive every year! My husband and I always send an annual monetary gift to the orphanage we adopted our son from in Guatemala. Adoptions out of Guatemala were stopped several years ago by the government of Guatemala. The children that are still in the care of the Children’s Village (as it is called now) are being raised by the caring staff where all their needs (medical care, education, a roof over their heads, etc.) are being met. Without the Children’s Village these kids would be housed in government run facilities (not a good place) or living on the street. It breaks my heart, but I know they are in good hands and being brought up in a loving environment with the help of those caring for them and through the donations they receive. I’m grateful my husband and I are able to do this. It truly does feel good and to me, being there for one another and helping one another when possible is what life is all about! Thank you for being a positive light through the kindness and love you give the children in the Arizona foster care system 🥰. Take care guys! It is so smart to teach children how to cook from an early age. Not only will they carry those memories of cooking with parents and grandparents for their whole lives, but, also, they will know how to fend for themselves in the kitchen.

Wow!! I knew you had more Italian in you Blue than you knew. I need to try the egg recipe. I cannot eat eggs myself due to allergies but I can make them for my family. I loved the interaction between you and crow. Matt you are two cute for words you have this way of showing that little boy in you how excited you get over things. The lamps brought a tear to my eyes.
