Nice video! I'm really tempted to get one of the Timeline games now. Probably Historical Events (is that one you're going to play by the way?) as I need to get those into my head a bit more. And then of course the Challenge one. Really looking forward to your play through of that later. It seemed cool in the unboxing and I've heard good things.

+Dad vs Daughter How did my comment end up on the Ticket to Ride video? What is KZread doing? I was watching the Inventions play though and commented and it ends up here? This is so weird!

I was wondering that at first I thought you were taking about T.I.M.E Stories (a hot seller and a great game supposedly that cries out to me at the shop along with it's expansions to purchase it). But I see you were somehow discussing the Timeline card game !

Say that I have the 3 yellow track from Amsterdam to Essen. I need to get from Essen to Kobenhavn, but the opponet has that 3 car track and he has a station at Essen. Can I put a station at Kobenhavn to connect to Essen?

Zagrad to Venice aren't these tunnel spaces? They seem grey not white just curious.

In claiming tunnel, if you claim it with red card and there is no red card from the 3 cards from the pile, can you still claim that tunnel

We love watching your gaming videos! It helps us understand the rules for new games we get. But why do you build a station from Edinburgh to London when you can just build on the 4 piece orange route?

Thanks! In a 2 player game, the secondary routes are NOT open. She had no choice but to play a station there so she could use my route as expained in the video. Sorry if we didn't explain it clearly. I hope that helps now.

Hi. first of all i would tell you i like youre show. But if Dad would have completed the route between Essen en Kiev, dad would get a total of 137 points. Because of the pentalty of 10 points dad ended up with only 117 points, if he completed the route the pentalty would be taken off, so thats a total of 127 point, plus the reward of 10 points would make it 137 points. only this is still is; 'what if i could have'. so great move bij Daughter. keep up the good work ;)

Don't know that it's correct myself, but I think "Dieppy" is actually "D-epp". Some pronounce it "Sebastopol", afaik.

"These aren't the cards you're looking for" haha I say that all the time too. We pronounce Dieppe as 'deepay', don't know if that's right or not, but it sounds French. Just to add a little fun we like to play to where we have to pronounce each city name with an accent from the region. I have played this version like a hundred times, but it has been a while. I've enjoyed watching how differently you guys play T2R. Such as, why does Dad place a station in Dieppe when he ends up claiming all the routes London to Paris through Amsterdam and later on to Brest? He ends up connecting every city around Dieppe anyway? Definitely a waste of a few turns there, and/or 4 points. To remove the cut-throat-ness of our USA version with less than 4 players we like to borrow the station pieces from this version. BTW, I just ordered the United Kingdom map, can't wait to give it a go.

10:10 *1. game spells zagreb, croatia as zagrad for whatever reason* *2. daugther points at said croatia (which is in balkans/central europe) and asks wether it is spain* *3. dad proceeds to correct her by calling balkan peninsula (southeastern europe- yugoslavia and greece) the middle east* American ignorance at its finest

They also spend the whole game pronouncing Dieppe “Durpie” or another awful wrong pronunciation.
