The intensity of emotion and the concept of ownership at such a young age is kind of mind-blowing. It goes to show how easy it is to start messing up your kids from the start if you don't have a handle on your own emotions as a parent. Imagine being raised by a narcissist reacting to what the kid did, it would've been a different situation

I read once that for a toddler, who has only had a handful of life experiences, something really stupid and minor (from our perspective) like getting their drink taken away could literally be the worst moment of their life. And when you consider they haven't learned how to control their emotions at all yet, their meltdowns become a bit easier to understand
@user-tn8rw1be8g

@loveinthematrix Yeah, have personally seen that negative narcissistic energy in action with 2 family members children... the devastation and destruction they so casually wreak on their offspring is truly heinous and in extreme cases horrendous/life altering What's worse is they walk away unscathed while the families become casualties 🥺

@@tylerdias8323the kid never did a “bad action” the tea was the kids and the dad took it, which sent the toddler into a panic/defensive state. In this state, the right thing to do is deescalate it. Not yell. Not punish. Not hit. Be calm and deescalate it. You clearly don’t have kids.
It’s so nice to see a video of a good father
