The guy swallowing the pill and bringing it back is called a "regurgitator". Most magicians practice this skill to allow them to swallow sharp objects without puncturing their insides. You can also swallow live frogs and goldfish but it takes a lot of practice before you manage to do one.

Hey DDOI, I just wanted to mention something about that guy who can bring pills back up again. Sadly this may be an ability he developed in a mental health facility. A lot of patients have to swallow medication with a nurse being present to make sure they swallow it, including checking the oral cavity. This is to make sure that the patient doesn’t get rid of them or worse, they collect the pills until they have enough to attempt to kill themselves. So, though it may seem like a fun little magic trick, this ability most likely comes from a really dark background.

Yea, the way he was talking about it… it sounded like someone was making him take the pills and he was getting out of it. It makes me worry.
