Tom is an independent, conscious songwriter/producer/artist/musician. He's too honest and unapologetically himself musically to ever be accepted in hip hop, especially these days. He only drops when he has something he wants to get off his chest. He also produces beats according to his mood, so you never know what vibe of banger you're going to get.

If your looking for moving jobs. The military is ALWAYS looking for contractors to help PCS (permeant change of station) moves. We’ve moved a total of 15 times. Yes that’s a TON! It’s ruffly every 2 years. In all of THOSE moves the only exception I’ve come across was Japan. 95% of our movers have be African American. We’ve rarely run into issues. They are the NICEST PEOPLE!

I do think that sometimes what we believe in our heads holds us back as much as other things. Even if you see a profession that you think is only for other people, persue it anyway. Worse that can happen is its a no. If you don't try it's already a 100% no. Think of how many times it could have been a yes. Remember, employers can only employ those that apply.

I was raised to see color. To understand that we have different heritages and ways of life. To respect and honor those differences. I have many friends of different races. I don't always agree with them but I do respect thier views and ways. Just like I expect them to respect mine.

On the school shooter thing, it's actually a lot darker than I think a lot of people realize. If you dig into the statistics on school shootings, you'll find that the only ones actually counted are ones that involve a shooter entering school during class and shooting classmates with no support and not in the service of another crime. Why does this matter? Because *gang* related shootings are completely left out of the statistics, including ones at schools. This covers up a lot of the violence happening against children in inner cities, particularly against minority groups, as it's all bundled in with more generalized gang violence (which is a massive problem on its own). But black kids in inner cities are actually more likely to be shot by their peers than white kids; they just don't call them school shootings because they frequently involve gangs or aren't actually on school grounds, despite still being minor-on-minor homicide. Not that this makes other school shootings any less horrific, but I think there's a sort of subtle racism inherent in treating violence against middle and upper class white kids differently from violence against inner city minority kids. In either case you have heartbroken parents, family, and friends. Eminem touched on this in The Way I Am after Columbine when he points out that it's a tragedy now that it happens to middle America, but he rightly recognizes that such violence was common (and still is common) in the lower income parts of Chicago where he grew up. It's been over 20 years since that song was released and this verse still hits me hard every time I hear it.

Oliver Anthony signed with UTA to represent him, but has not signed any record deals and has stated that he won't do so in the future. UTA does booking, meaning they facilitate gigs and stuff. It's not a production contract. I don't think your criticism is fair. He wrote his music from the heart and it touched a lot of people. He went through it, we shouldn't be trying to hold him down because he got his break.

Interesting to ponder on why a country would destroy a fiscal class that produces 90 percent of pioneers of all industry like tech, defense engineering, education, ect. They also provided almost all positive tax without a negative draw. Now why would that class not be saved at all costs? Have we been sold and we are under a long term systematic destruction needed to cripple a Nation. When people are starving they will willingly sell their rights for help. Good thing I love pan fish and grow tomatoes to stew cabbage palm. Access to information was the barrier that kept the poor poor in a free capitalist republic. I do agree when you say its still hard and lets get real there is racism it existsss, but about that low paid jobs like dorman or movers, I think what we should be asking is why russians, lationos are in line at 5 am to try and get that jobs and when you go to to that line you barely see a black person standing there trying to do these jobs...(not always but on a general notice) I mean I'm from Portugal I'm white I was on that line for a job for more than 3 months every 5am with me there were mostly latin and ukrainians, when I say in the 3 months I saw 2 3 black people in that line I'm not kidding.

The 2020 census is available plus any demographic site like city-data has the current population of every city. Check out Florida as an example.

There's a marketing strategy that Tom uses to appeal to the youth. The youth have short attention spans plus their mindset is conditioned to think like a video gamer. And ALL video games are gimmicky. The very young people are sold toys and other products through gimmicky marketing. The young people are not DEEP THINKERS. In order to grab their immature mind's attention they are captured by the brand marketing appearance first. So they (Tom other artists in his video) wear costumes to appeal to their main demographics (the youth). The father reactor is looking at things through his generation. And he overlooked the fact that Tom's main demographic group are teenagers and young adults. They are the most lost and in trouble (but they are too dumbdown to know that). I am not saying this to be mean. I'm stating a fact. Yes there are mature young people. But they're the exception. Tom is trying to wake up the youth because they are being experimented on (transgender surgery, etc.) By the time they become older adults they will REGRET altering their natural bodies. But I digress... I'm saying that the reason why it is necessary for Tom to make cartoon-like videos is to inspire the young to get interested in his message of liberation. Then after they fall in love with the appearance of his videos, then they will keep playing his songs more. Gradually they will begin to question what is going on and question who they are going along with is a very dangerous agenda. Many young reactors I've been watching over the last few years started out just bopping their heads to mainly Tom's beats and his rapping flow styles. They have over time, started to change and they testify how Tom has made them start think. And then they start to find out the truth more. So if Tom made his videos too serious all the time, then he'd lose a HUGE portion of his fan base. He has to appeal to a dumb-down audience. but the trick is to grab their attention, first. And it just so happens that the youth like his gimmicky style. Later after they mature more, they start to watch his more serious videos that are NOT gimmicky. I'm around your father's age. And back in our day, the young people were educated to have critical--logical thinking and to challenge authority (like the youth who protested the Vietnam war). Remember, I'm speaking in general. So, some college students were murdered by the police at a peaceful 1960's protest on a college campus. So your Dad is criticizing this video that it's too gimmicky. But he has to see who Tom is marketing his message to, mainly. Because after the older folks have passed away, this world will be left in the hands of this younger generation. They wont be able to raise their children right if they fail to wake up and pay attention to whats going on so they won't become victims, themselves. And if they already are victims, Tom's songs may possibly help them to rethink their situation and possibly survive more intelligently. Then maybe the young can rise above the many unnecessary hardships that this government has entrapped the them into. Also, Tom is not JUST a musical artist, he has figured out the marketing algorithms to make his videos more appealing and popular. The reason he has been first independent rapper to get some of his tunes to the top of Bill Board charts(which has played tricks to block him from submitting his sales data and getting official credit for it), is because he has learned how to outsmart the gatekeepers who don't want his message to reach the youth. So I suggest that your father see why Tom markets his videos like he does. And so far Tom has had over 30+ singles that reached #1, consistently. He's also made history by being the first independent musicical artist to have a few of his songs played on the mainstream public radio broadcast stations. This is unheard of. No independent-artist that is NOT signed to a music record label has been UNABLE to break through that barrier until Tom. The tracks that I can recall that made radio air p;lay are: "End of World" and "Ghost" (which Ghost was a Pop Song which no independent artist has had thier songs played on commercial airwaves). So everything that Tom and his team does has a purpose for it. He is not guessing at what he does because he has been getting it consistently right since his first track blew up on Facebook called, "Dear Rappers". Tom knows how the young think. He knows how to speak their language and look COOL to them. Remember when you were young how you would only paid attention to anyoone that you thought sounded & looked COOL (way back in the day). What your father calls gimmicky in the mind of today's youth is considered to be COOL. And causes the kids to check his tunes out more. Remember, I'm speaking in generalities. There will always be exceptions to the general rule. So yeah Tom would not be getting millions of views if his gimmicky marketing strategy of his music was not well planned in advance. There's a (marketing) method to his madness, so to speak. Tom's gotten his marketing tactics down to a science, at this point. Just look at his sales track record. And he has Bill Board plaques, on top of all that. So if this video was NOT gimmicky then most of his sales from the youth would plummet. And so would his video views as well. Then when the kids notice his number of views are LOW, they would NOT want to give his videos a chance to be watched or listened to. So its sad but today's youth are mentally and emotionally handicapped, due to an overload of contradictory daily propaganda messages. Otherwise these gimmicks would not work on them so well. But the serious side to his marketing strategy is to stimulate a seed of curiosity in today's youth so they can be able to mentally save themselves from being completely overthrown and enslaved. I sent this message so that your father can ease up on the gimmicky thing. Kids today wont listen unless they are introduced through exciting colorful and cool sounding music videos. That is the reality. The end.
