I TOTALLY missed all this music all those years when I only listened to christian rock/punk music 😅 started listening to rap in 2017-18. This album is def. up there from all the rap albums I’ve heard. And believe I dove HARD into rap. Ran through all Jay Z, Nas, Kanye, K-dot, Drake, J Cole and so forth. And some new cats like, JID, Denzel, Travis, Trippie and more. Was totally late to the party but hey, better late than never 👐🏼

@@ArtVandelay77 It lowkey is tho, not many people will admit it because its cool to hate on Drake and clown him but his music literally represents so much for the memories of most Gen Z kids and Millennials. Even if you think he isn't some genius musically and makes basic music, the fact that he dominates the industry consistently and always has the best hit songs every year since like 2010 definitely puts him in GOAT status. His music is just fun to listen to. Nobody in the real world really cares about lyricism or deep conceptual music. Its always the fun catchy songs that go popular. For this reason alone Drake will always be remembered more fondly than artists like Kendrick Lamar, J cole or others after all of them are retired

@@vagabond57097 You do understand that claiming that his entire discography is the greatest of all time easily can be argued by just providing two of the three latest albums he released as a counter argument, right? I really shouldn't have to say anything more than that. I agree that his influence has been, and probably will continue to be huge, but he definitely has albums that does not hit the mark at all, which is what was being argued.

Every song touched on something I was going through living by myself, partying whenever I wanted. Having to discipline myself to studying cause I was starting a university course. Experiencing many different types of women. One of the best eras of my life so far.

This has his best song of all time on it. Furthest Thing is legit one of the most beautiful sounding songs with Jungle being a close second. 2013 will forever have a place in my heart for when I first got to hear this album and experience life with it. I CANNOT wait for you guys to react to IYRTITL 🙏🔥👏
