This is so cool, the legacy will live on with you and your sons. Congrats Jack. As a sentimental person myself, this one got me in the feels
Anyone that still has their dad with them during holidays. If they can give you the world or a hard time.. but hug them..thank them.. you’ll only wish you could more when you can’t.. The beginning hit hard
This is it right here. Cooler than a lambo, making us all tear Jack! Congrats.
Kinda got me choked up at the end I have a 66 GMC that was my dad's and we never got to rebuild it before he passed away don't get me wrong have plenty of memories but wish I'd got to enjoy it more with him... God bless Jack you have a Great family
this video actually made me cry. congrats 🎉
Thats love!! That’s what passing the torch is all about. The father and son journey in life is magical thing that can’t be explained
From on dad to another, I’m so immensely happy for you and your boys. Congratulations Jack!
Dang it Jack, you almost got me to cry tooo. Love ya man, you deserve everything that's come your way and more. Your style is like no other and your channel hits the spot 99% of the time. Happy 2024 brother
This brought a tear to my eyes cherish. The time you have. With your. Dad I lost my. Dad almost 12 years ago
Coming from someone who recently lost his father and ended up with his c6 corvette, it’s a beautiful thing to have it but if I could’ve received it the way you and your boys did would’ve have been special. Enjoy and cherish the moments which I know you will
That’s so special to get that from your dad. Something you can look at and drive to bring back all those memories. I’m sure you will cherish it to the fullest. I lost my papa Dec 26th 2023. I wish I had more time I should’ve had more time. It was very unexpected but I have tons of memories and things I can touch and look at to cherish the memories. Never take it for granted because you never know when it will be lost. It happens so fast it makes your head spin.
Dang it Jack!!! You got me crying right now. I lost my dad back in August from a long battle with dementia. And years before he passed he essentially gave my half brother his 99 Dodge Ram. I grew up with that truck, my childhood was that truck. My dad took me to school in it. We went fishing with it and I drove it a bit back in high school before I got my own truck. Seeing this video made me wish that his truck was still here to have as a piece of him. You for sure have something special to hold on to and pass down the line with your boys. Congrats Jack!!!👍🏾👍🏾
Jack, your dad’s pick up is absolutely beautiful! What a piece of work. Your garage is a mic dropper! Unbelievable. Congrats.
Your dad is a AWESOME PERSON. Every man should have a father like this. Something he can pass down to his kids so his kids to enjoy 💯👍🏿💯👍🏿💯👍🏿💯👍🏿💯👍🏿💯
That’s awesome brother. Unfortunately I lost my dad when I was 23. Wish I could spend recent years with him now having a kid myself. Cherish the moments.
Making this aircraft mechanic cry at work 😂 but wow… what a legacy. How awesome to see you “win” a giveaway. God bless y’all
This is so awesome. I sat here bawling watching it. The torch has been passed. And deservedly so.
Simply beautiful, stay blessed brother !!
Beautiful, man! Absolutely love it
Dude I remember the video of you buying some rims and you had to swing by your parents place and showed his garage and the truck. That was probably 3-4 years ago. Man so epic. Keep it cherish it.
It's beautiful, congratulations Jack. That's a moment right there. The sentimental value alone is priceless.
This is so awesome, definitely got me all teary eyed 🥹 . What a great family and what a great video. ( I also don’t like matching pajamas, but also wear them without complaint because of my wife and mom ) 🤜🏼🤛🏼
That’s amazing brother your farther is a true hero congrats
Man makes me wish i had a dad who lived closer .
I felt this one in my soul 🤙🏻 as I sit here with my dad , this made me tear up
My dad and I have actually been redoing his 1948 gmc pickup (which was actually his first truck and worked on it with his dad when he was a kid) together over the years. Slow process but someday it’ll be done.
2:00 in same feeling here, being a little kid with his father at car shows togther, along with my little brother. I know the feeling. growing up around automobiles.
Absolutely incredible! You deserve it!
Awesome bro! A grand moment between father, and son. This is why I am a Ethuzst fan.
I never comment on videos but this video is amazing. Super happy you got to get a gift and memory like that from your father. I love it.
Beautiful truck and keep the memories going forever.
Congratulations Jack!!! This one really got me!! Have a wonderfull 2024!!!
Dang man hitting my heart strings 🎉❤ congratulations
That's So Awesome. This is why I'm currently working on my second gen for my son Maverick.
Intro be like I’m not crying ur crying. That’s awesome
That’s so special man, congratulations
Man making me get all teary eyed because I couldn’t get to keep my grandmothers caddy family sold it from under me
Damn hit me hard.. my grandpa had a 1950 chevy we worked everyday on it until he passed now my son and I work on it and he loves going to shows in the fifty
Congrats Jack, this is a truly special moment. You deserve it and your dad is so proud
Congratulations you are truly a blessed man and a family man keep striving to do what you do
Amazing moment man, glad it was captured for you and that you were willing to share it with us. It’s a beautiful bonding moment between you and your dad and now you’ll have it with your boys and one day you’ll get to make your son cry as you pass grandpa’s truck down to him to enjoy with his family. Incredible man
This was an awesome video Jack. Nice to see something raw and heartfelt like this on KZread. Enjoy the old and new memories!
Congrats brother… family is where it’s at…
Congratulations Jack! Enjoy every minute with your family! Keep up the good work and God Bless
You so lucky to get a present from your dad that valuable enjoy it brother👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🤘🏼
This is so awesome. What a cool Christmas gift. Congratulations Jack. You have great memories with this truck with your dad. With it being passed down to you now you get to make great memories with your sons! AWESOME VIDEO!!!
Just wanted to say thank you for sharing this with us. I lost my dad in 2020 and I wish I could’ve shared more moments with him like this and man you brought tears to my eyes. Best wishes to you and your family. Keep up the good work bro
Wow so happy for you to be able to get the truck you and your dad had together for memories and now to get passed on to your family. I can see how passionate you are and I was also choked up to see that beautiful truck and year being passed to you. Happy New Year
My grandpa did the same thing for me with his 1951 GMC pickup. My truck isn’t perfect but I am hesitant to change anything on it because it is a time capsule of the time I spent with my grandpa building the truck in his garage beside my Dad. Congrats on the new truck and can’t wait to see more content with it.
Damnit Jack you got me in my feels tonight with this one lol. But seriously this is awesome…..congratulations and may you and the boys truly enjoy decades of events and memories in that 1 of 1 IMO truck 👏👏👏
Hell yeah man! Nothing means more then moments like that.
Congrats my guy, I will say this, special moments like this mean the world to us as kids. I've never had the chance to build a ride with my dad but we had the opportunity to work together and relax and hunt together. Let the passion flow bro and let the babies enjoy. Again congrats, well deserved.
Congratulations Jack, That was touching to see that happen, Enjoy your videos from central Fl.
Much respect for sharing that moment and the raw emotion that came with it. Although very different, it’s good to see you have that similar moment you’ve created for so many others who have been fortunate enough to win your giveaways. The sentimental value takes it to a whole new level though. My father-in-law had a ‘51 just like that that I stored in my shop for a few years after his father passed. His story was very similar to yours in that it was “their” project truck they fixed up. Congrats on the gift that will keep on giving for many years to come!
What an awesome gift! Definitely something to hold on to forever!!
It’s awesome to share this moment while your Dad is still young, healthy, and able to enjoy it more with you. Most inherit prized vehicles after family members pass. This is awesome!
Your father, your family, and your self are great people. Thank you for bringing us along for this. Now it's time to carry this on with your family. But im sure when Dad wants to go for a ride or drive he could.
There’s is a passion behind vehicles, but vehicles that have been passed down they hold more than a passion I drive my great grandfathers 1985 dodge ramcharger and she’s seen her days we’ve had her since off the lot but that old brick of metal has been there for some of the best memories of my life and that thing will always be a staple in my automotive adventures and to that I’d like to thank my great grandfather
That is so awesome. I’m glad you got to experience that with your dad. Never apologize for memories or emotions. We are human that is part of life. Enjoy it embrace it while you can. Can’t wait to see what happens in 2024 on the best truck channel on KZread?
This is the most special video I have seen in a very long time, it's so heart warming and makes me think of when that day will happen with my grandfather and I when he passes on his trans am.. I have been watching for years (before Mini Max) and I would say this is my favorite video just because of the connection you share with him is so relatable. Keep doing you Jack It's truly amazing and I wish to be like you someday, a true inspiration to all!
What a special moment for you. You can tell just by the hug it meant the world to you. But damn did you get me in the feels in the ending. You and the boys and wife will absolutely enjoy it
That is awesome! Story’s like this are just the coolest things jack! I’m so happy for you and your boys. I’ve always enjoyed the sneak peeks of this classic in some of your past videos and thank you for sharing this with all of us
I was not expecting to watch your video and have it make me tear up, but I couldn’t help but think about my little boy who turns 2 tomorrow and wanting to do a project with him. Merry Christmas and Happy New years to you and your family.
I'm not crying,You're crying.I was not expecting to cry happy tears this morning.
😢 As a father of 3 boys under 6 I can't wait to make these memories. Remember, this is what happens when you surround yourself with like-minded people. Stay blessed Jack
Absolutely beautiful man. I lost my dad 07/31/23 unexpectedly and this christmas season was really hard. He left me his truck and it's something i will forever hold onto and cherish and love. As much as it hurts missing him seeing this is so awesome and i hope everyone that still has a loved one takes the time to cherish them and tell them you love them. Don't put things on hold with them because of work or wait to call them tomorrow or whatever it may be because you will never know how much you wish you could till you can't...Enjoy the memories you and the boys will make Jack!
Hell yeah! So cool! All the feels on this one.... congrats.
wow that truck is amazing so glad that the legacy lives on to another generation. On a side note i wasnt crying you where!!! (maybe i did a little lol)
What a sweet and cool video! Congratulations Jack of obtaining that beautiful rig! You and your dad definitely know how to build a truck!
That’s awesome!! What a great gift to be given. You’re going to make many more memories with your kids.
I love that for you and your dad. It’s a great moment. Personality I wouldn’t keep it the way it is. I would have your boys help you make it your own. Or have your boys help make a version of your own with a different version. Not one for the channel but just a family build. Father son stuff is so important
How cool is that. My dad taught me a good bit of mechanics. I had a 1970 chevelle then a 2003 SS Silverado. And other trucks but the one that I miss the most was our 1988 gmc work truck. Over the years we added things to make it ours. I drove it through high school. Funny enough we had the the same rims that used to have on ours were on on 33 in bfg’s. Can’t wait to be able to get something again to enjoy with my family!! Congrats and enjoy
Thank you for sharing this beautiful moment.
This is really cool. What a great way to end 2023. And make many more memories!
Awesome. I know that feeling. Genuinely I know what you see when you look at every detail of that truck. I know what it's like to love material item because of its memories and small details that others will never understand. I have a bike that my Dad bought new, I was with him every step, every part on it was a father's day/ Christmas/ Birthday present. The day he got it he told me one day that bike would be mine. Unfortunately Dad passed away before choosing to pass it down. That bike means more to me than any dollar amount and I'll never get rid of it. My boy is spoiled by bigger more comfortable bikes , faster bikes etc. To my relief when I took him on his first ride on it he loved it.
Congrats man! I have the same memories with my dads Willie’s Jeep that he built into a trail rig before I was born and all my childhood memories are riding in the passenger seat going through parades or on smaller drives enjoying the father son moments
Very special moment here. Super happy for you and the boyz
Awesome awesome awesome, video Jack!! My daughter is currently 2 and I've got my 84 square body GMC that I plan to build and grow with her and one day share a story like that, for many years to come!! Congrats on earning family history and continuing it on with your boys!❤
"Is it going to feel weird with it not home" "No couse it'll be here" With absolutely zero hesitation That's where I couldn't help but to shed a tear.
Beautiful truck!! You truly have an awesome dad!!
TOO funny about the Xmas PJs!!!!! My wife about insists that we do this and I only did one time I think. But, your PJs are nice-looking, not some crazy Xmas theme - so now after seeing how you graciously wore them I'll do it for Xmas 2024! PS. I would SO do anything to have a garage like yours - one day I will but not soon enough! 🏁🏁🏁🏁HAPPY NEW YEAR! 🏁🏁🏁🏁
So incredibly happy for you Jack!!🎉

thats awesome from knowing you and ur pops this is truly cool
merry Christmas Jack. I have my grandfathers truck that he bought brand new and passed it on to me i drove it in high school and beat it up pretty bad unfortunately but ive hung on to it all these years we are about the same age. and my plan has always been to do a frame off resto to it. so its cool to see your story and the love and passion, when you were explaining the story it took me back to being a kid riding in my grandpas truck with him. God bless and happy new year to you and yours.
That is incredibly cool Jack. Carrying on the legacy is truly generational! Congrats to you and your family!!! Happy New Years.
For a 26 year old restoration, that thing is spotless for a New England truck 😧
You’re part of the winners circle now Jack. 😂 Karma
