Yes, work experience is still required. Any paid, unpaid, volunteer work related to your degree program will count as your work experience.

I have done my education continusly i mean i have completed my bachelors in 2021 and my masters in 2023 in physics or more specifically in materials science, so how can i make my experience certificate?

In one clause it written..the education msut not be old more than 6years...however, i have completed my post-grads in 2009..so it almost 15 years now can i apply for the daad scholarship program.

I can answer this. There is no MPhil in the world besides Pakistan, India, and in very few UK universities. I added a video for DAAD (MS/MA) scholarships yesterday. The video is in Urdu and it has all these details too. If you like, go and watch and if there are still questions, I am happy to answer. Many of my ex-students had DAAD, Marie-Curie and other scholarships
