Some smart band has multiple skins of first main screen. If you wish to change, please keep the touch button pressed for 3-4 seconds when you are at first screen(main)

please see if charging symbol glow when connect for charging, if yes, charge for 1 hour. if still does not work, it has battery issue. If no, then connect the charging adapter properly.

keep it for charging 2-3 hours. reason could be 100% battery drain and not taking initial charging to cover

"1) Please check the application name from user manual once. 2) See if band is showing in Phone bluetooth or not. (Note - Do not pair with Phone bluetooth from here). Go to band application installed in mobile and try to search the device from app. 3) If device ID is not visible in application, restart your phone and Band once. Try it again. 4) If band is still not visible in application installed in mobile, check the application name once again from smart band user manual. Application downloaded could be wrong.

There is no point changing the battery. Chances are to get watch damaged more then replace the battery. Cost of this band came down already.

How to boot- Do you mean that, OS corrupt (or put on upgrade) and it is not working. If so, there is no option available.

It doesn't work after we walk 4000 to 6000 steps

It may have software issues while calculating.. you may reset the band. Note - don't try upgrading software unless very sure about the server and connection.

D13 or D116 smart bracelet has automatic inbuilt 3d axle sensor on SoC board. which calculates the steps, distance and calories. If not working, please reset the band.. If still not working, there could be some app. Please talk to your supplier and get it replaced.
