Da best talaga ang coaching sa u16-w. Mabilis ang palitan. At maramihan. Hindi na hinintay pang mapagod ang mga players. Kaya laging fresh legs at may kakayahan sa fullcourt press. Nakakapagod sa mga kalaban kahit pa magagaling ang 1st 5 ng kalaban. Sana ganun na din sa lahat ng gilas. Bumuo na ng 2 grupo na balanse ang galing ng mga players. Un 5 natitira sab15players ay hatiin na din sa 2. At saka pagsanayan na sila sila lang na 7/8 ang magkakampi sa bawat grupo
