This pretty much comfirmed what Cornette also said about Batista on his podcast. It's kind of a shame Batista started so late in his life and had a relatively brief career. His run was short, but very memorable.

To be honest, his run was just as long as Rock/Austin
D-Von's theme music and his promo's were amazing as the Rev
Batista came around quite nicely given the fact he started late and was big af. Cool af too. Would love to see him on the show

Personally I loved the Pipe Organ theme.
That Reverend D'Von gimmick was over the moment that awesome theme song hit lol 🤣
I love how every wrestler from that early 2000s era always contradicts what Bruce Prichard says about HHH, how he had no power and no say.

That's why I can't listen to his podcast anymore. There's been several instances where he will deny something and call it "rumor and inuendo" and then Cornette or JR will say the same thing did in fact happen.
one of the funniest characters from that era Reverend D Von
I like that character to this day…especially the theme song!
I liked Reverend D-von & the theme song. #Testify

The prototype too
Was Dave supposed to know what he was doing at that point in his career?
Well this kind of needs contacts John Cena and Randy Orton where rookies at the time and we’re not the stars that they would eventually become. So that not really fair assessment.
I liked reverend dvon over bully ray!
Look at who he beat Randy Orton John Cena val venis😂 Mark Henry Triple H One of these things is not like the others

Cornette like to talk shit about Dave but dude got book as a Goldberg the whole time. So its to be expected that he learned more from others.
Billy Graham? Dude, don't talk if you don't know anything about the topic.
