Missouri seems to have all of the interesting and old carwashes; you never get to see interesting washes like these in the south-east!

I usually have the best luck finding older systems in small towns and the slightly rougher parts of larger cities. Obviously there’s plenty of exceptions, but those are good places to start.

@@TheElevatorChannel That's about been my experience as well. Unfortunately, around the south-east it seems that almost all of the small town / independently owned car washes that have in-bay automatic systems have either been abandoned, or the equipment has been ripped out and the space is being subleased to a detailing shop. Pretty much the only places that offer in-bay automatic systems around here seem to be large gas station chains. I'm having to take longer and longer road trips to find systems to film!

@@TheElevatorChannel the car wash in Linn Mo got a new Washworld Razor edge and has premier dryers and has tri foam

In my neck of the woods there is only one 5000 system left in the whole state. (In fact its an i5000 with Mark VII blowers in Escondido, CA.). Two others in the Apple Valley, CA. Region used to have 5000 machines, but when KZreadr Car Wash Cronicles bought the places, one was ripped out and the other was replaced with a belanger Kondor. The one that was ripped out has the automatic bay abandoned and closed and still is to this day. Ironicly that same city with the i5000 has another wash with a D&S Quicksilver, i did attempt to film both of them but both were out of service. Love the vids Jacob!

Finally glad to see a new car wash video

This was a video to watch! I have a family of friends living in House Springs! Obviously warmer weather last year! Mark in Iowa.

A lot. D&S is based in the STL area so their stuff is everywhere.

Next, try out the Auto spa etc, in Ellisville, Oakland, and Florrisant. the three listed are touchless tunnels, I have never been to any of the three, but I have been to a now permanently closed Auto Spa Etc in Rock hill. Car wash addresses Ellisville-8 Ellisville Towne Centre Dr, Ellisville, MO 63011 Oakland-5439 Telegraph Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129 Florrisant-2040 N Hwy 67, Florissant, MO 63033 There is another Auto Spa Etc, but it is an express wash, it has some brushes. Why is the sign logo look like a Texaco logo?/also can you come back and get the basic wash?
