The plot of this animation is really simple I guess. The guy finds an almost dying cactus at his door step. And he has really normal life but misses his dog (presumably dead) very much. He is also taking care of the cactus during his period of loss. And as the cactus grows healthier and blooms he also becomes happier. It's just a simple story that tells you to find happiness in the simplest things which is such a Kyungsoo thing honestly.

DO wrote the lyrics, what a wonderful way of saying goodbye to his fans & other members who are still around . If you look at the 6 flowers that grew in the cactus. the thing that really makes me happy it's that his DREAM was to write and sing his OWN songs/songs one day, and he FINALLY did it, and he did it in such a beautiful way. He made this song; as a gift for us, his fans, but also for everyone to feel better and find strength in it......and the fact that A LOT of idols/actors/"celebrities" have listened to it and recommend it to their fans and said how this song is so beautiful and helped them out and all that stuff.....It really makes you realize how relatable Kyungsoo feelings were and ARE......I miss my bub..... I think SM would release an Album for Kyungsoo soon too after his enlistment maybe (THEY SHOULD DO!!!)... since it's like they are giving a solo album for the Main Vocalists first. And this Station did really well. SM usually release song in STATION (unpromoted singles) to see how well the artist will do (just like how great/successful Baekhyun's station's always did as well with Chen's. They also saw how positive the feedback was with ChanHun too.)

*Incase ur wondering y the mv is based on cactus:* So basically. Like 3 years ago in an interview, Kyungsoo was asked y he likes to grow cactus in his room. Kyungsoo answered saying " I grow 9 cactus plants in my room and each of them r named after my members." I think in the mv he shows that the cactus r always there waiting for him, they dont leave him alone and they always listen to his opinions without complaining and looking at them makes him feel strong for some reason, just like his members. Without his members, he is not complete. They were always there when he needed them and they always listened to his concerns. "We went through a lot together and I love my members so much" Yah So basically in the mv he's showing that his members r important to him. There's a scene when the cactus dies, and then it shows that the guy(kyungsoo) gets sad. But when the cactus comes to life again, he becomes happy. So like he's saying that his members matter alot to him and that he's 'okay' cos of them. He also spends all his time with the cactus in the mv, just like how he spends all his time with his members, together! The lyrics also go "sometimes I cry, sometimes smile, together" and "I smile when u smile, I cry when u cry" or smth like that. Idk. I find it so sweet tho. He really shows us thru this mv and lyrics that "We are one". Especially cos D.O wrote the lyrics, it means he really means wt he's singing.

I searched and asked many old kyungsoo fans and none of them know the source. the pic they spread of the cactus in the dorm are from chanyeol's old picture post on insta with no connection to kyungsoo. so I guess It's just a rumor that the fandom took it as a fact..
