Joanne Cantwell quite entitled to ask Donal Og that question. He should have the respect to respond respectfully to her as the presenter of the programme. Very disrespectful comment to say "I don't need any advice from anybody in that territory, thanks very much"! In other words Joanne you have a cheek to ask me that question. & Donal Og is the President of the GPA representing both Gaelic Football & Hurling.

'I'm here to talk about hurling ', Joe brolly was there to talk about football a few short seasons ago and well we all know how that ended 😳

I'm not impressed with him at all. If you're going to voice such an opinion, you should have the conviction to stand by it. He dodged the question, waffling his way around it. He sounded less like a 'hurling man' and more like a politician.

He sounded like a spoilt brat, the opposite of what you expect from a spokesperson for our games. He genuinely seems to have thought that he can make whatever comments he wants and not get challenged about them

He doesn’t address them. He’s sickened Joanne pulled him up on it and he threw a strop.

Fair play to Joanne Cantwell for confronting Donal Og Cusack for his disrespectful and dismissive remarks about the counties, players, and supporters participating in the Tailtean Cup. He should not be using his very public platform to diss half the country participating in GAA football, regardless whether the Munster hurling championship would be exceptional or not.

I agree ……is this chick all there is ? She’s a third rate presenter and certainly out of her depth ……resembles a secondary school teacher. Who did she know to get this job ?? Our national sports deserve more respect and acumen . Michael was always huge boots to fill but this is just embarrassing.
