Yes!! Currents is amazing, the entire "the way it ends" album (which this song is on) is a 10/10.. i 1000% recommend "how i fall apart" by them, i had that song on REPEAT for months when i first heard it :)

Ayy, that’s actually a good recommendation for them! I was going to request Into Despair just because it’s one of my favorite songs by them, but requesting one of their songs with more singing is probably the only way to keep Dallas into them 😂 I will have to decide between How I Fall Apart and Better Days, which I will probably base off lyrics, which will probably be better days but will have to see.

AHHHHHHH im so hype that you guys liked this. They are seriously my favorite band right now. I know I technically have 3 favorite bands but no one is comparing to currents with their recent releases, so insane. Greg is much nicer than me cause the currents song I have on standby is not nearly as lowkey 😂 this song is amazing though, and the lyrics oh my goddd. I am sure the song is probably about a relationship but every time I listen to it, it just sounds like a conversation I would have with myself. Especially when it’s like “you’re making me hate a world so good to me. If I let you stay you will ruin everything” 😭 has me all up in my feels smh. Also, like how insanely poetic and beautiful is “I’m always waiting for the tide to crash through me. I tremble with every wave” like is there a better way to explain anxiety?? Who the hell knows. Smfh it’s just too good but I could ramble on forever about this band and their lyrics so I will spare yall 😂

This is my favorite band of all time. I listen to everything heavy, but the talent here is ridiculous. Brian's voice is incredible... Then add one of the best gruitarists in the world right now? I've seen them live, and they sound even better. There isn't enough I can even say about these guys.

When I first heard Currents I listened to their album "The Way It Ends" on repeat for a month straight, no joke. It's a masterpiece.

Let's gooooo! Currents are so good in many aspects! They've been my favorite band for quite a while. I think you would really enjoy songs off of the Color Decay album by The Devil Wears Prada. Especially those that are lyrically heavy.
This is one of my favorite tracks on this album... but its hard to listen to because of the lyrics after a heartbreaking separation between me and another person. "You're making me hate a world so good to me... if i let, you stay, you will ruin everything" just hits me everytime. Great reaction!!

this album has no skips, neither does the album before this one, "the place i feel safest" night terrors is my favorite
