बात इतना है कि किसी राज्य मैं dual डिग्री valid है मगर एक रेगुलर और एक distance या open यूनिवर्सिटी से होना चाइए... लेकिन ugc 2022 से पहले वालो को वैलिड नही करती किसी गवमेंट jobs मैं इसलिए ugc से शिकायत है कि ऐसा भेदभाव क्यों... dual डिग्री का मामला बहुत पुराना है इसलिए सबको इससे नोकरी मिलनी चाइए

Eg one morning course one evening - two degrees or diploma can be pursued simultaneously provided one from regular one from distance - two degrees or diploma can be pursued provided both are from ODL or Online mode - above guidelines applied to courses other than PhD

Agar dono institute ka distance 20-25 km. bhi hota tau judge sahab convince ho bhi jaate aur faisala petitioner ke favour mei bhi ho sakata tha.

Great Decision... Everytime facts and loopholes of the system doesn't work.... Advocate showing the rules of UGC , UGC regulates only Degree and PG courses not the Certificate and diploma courses which is equivalent to 12th or not the graduation.

@ajayverma6346 ये तो आप अब कह रहे हैं जब यूजीसी ने पानी की तरह सारे नियम क्लियर कर दिए हैं लेकिन आज से कई साल पहले जब कोई नियम क्लियर नहीं था बच्चे अभिभावक सब कंफ्यूज थे ना कोई इंटरनेट था ना कोई यूट्यूब चैनल जहां वो जाकर अपने शंका का समाधान कर सके। जो नियम आज के 50 साल पहले बन जाना चाहिए था वो नियम अब बन रहा है सोंचिए हम एक ऐसे समाज में जी रहे हैं जहां नियम देर से बनाने वाले को सजा मिलने के बजाय ऐसे बच्चों को सजा मिल रही है जिन बच्चों के गलत करते समय ये पता ही नहीं था कि वो गलत कर रहे हैं?

The judge is right. Its not about the degree. Its about the "regular" word. Only one course can be "regular" and other one has to be "part-time". The first university must issue NOC to the second university. Only then the second university can declare their course as part-time. Both courses can not be "regular".

Isi rule k chalte maine is bar graduation 1st year drop kar diya.. kyoki dusri jagah se mai dusra course regular kar raha hu..

The onus should be on the university or the institution that considered the student as regular without his\her physical presence. Fictitious attendance is not under the control of the student but the institution. If the student has been awarded the degree/certificate, he/she has completed the requirements without fail.

सर् मेने बीकॉम 2009 में 47% से किया फिर उसके आधार पर pgdca 2011 में किया फिर bcom ओपन यूनिवर्सिटी से 75% से किया तो अब मेरा pgdca मान्य है कि नहीं

Bhai ek private aur ek regular kar skte hai kya??

Session अगर लेट हो तो दूसरे कोर्स में एडमिशन ले सकते है क्या?

Agar kisi student session late hone ki vjah se ka 2 ya 3 month overlap kare to?

Ek regular MSC ,ek distance BLis IGNOU,...same session valid hoga ya nhi,,, please reply

Koi btaye please Mera iti session 2021-23 tha or final result ITI ka August 2023 me aaya but hm group d 20may 2023 ko joining kr chuke the valid ho skte h ya nhi

Agar aapne joining se pahle written exam de diya tha to valid hogi. Ya job join karne ke baad service book mein mention kiya tha ki aap iti kar rahe hain to valid hogi

भला कोई ये बताए दो कोर्स एक साथ रेगुलर कैसे कर सकते है।

Uske padhai ki hai chori nhi !! Agar usne ki to registration hi nhi hona chahiye tha !! Invalid kr dete !! Admission ke time me !! Vo bechara samjh nhi paya aaj uski job chali gai !! So sad
