Rakeshit ji u have not taken Jan 2026 DA and also u have taken minimum DA expected. Esclation of DA if u observe is on the rise during past five years Effected DA merge likely to be 66% Otherwise ur calculation will also justify 2.28 fitment factor. As per ur words in this video the fitment factor was varying between 2.57 to 2.81 in the last CPC which u have forgotten to consider. As per observations u aren't taking the calculation as average but on minimum basis. The fitment factor likely to be min. 2.20 and max 2.40The average if u calculate comes 2.30.Hence fitment factor of 2.28 justified.
