Penang is doomed. Flood, landslide, sinkhole, buildings collapsed all due to over developed. Hills and forest reserves are bulldozed, sea are filled with land reclaim. Disasters are simply the karma of greed and sins. The impact not only doomed the people of Penang, but also to nature and animals living in this island and the sea surrounding it. Yet no one in Penang feels shame and guilty about it. Still feel very proud of the doomed island that is going to doom their future generations. Not to mentioned the unaffordable properties price gonna paid by their future generations. Yeah, it's karma. Feel free to lie more.

@@mikecheng1001two sides as in capitalism world like HK and India, the rich and poor living in two sides of the same city. Embrace your kids to the new world you made for them. See how many generation can survive as Penang properties are getting more luxury and unaffordable. At least HK no natural disasters and keeping more than 70% undeveloped land. In Penang, forest reserved and state land are sold for freehold new projects not meant for locals. I don't understand why Penang sohai still in denial living delusional fake glamour.

@@mikecheng1001 why not? When Penang under previous government, everybody can afford a home albeit not so big. In fact every Penang people I know bought at least one apartment built by BN. Back then no serious disasters like massive landslides and floods, sinkholes. Abundance green lungs, farming and fisheries. Now banana and papaya are ridiculously more expensive than imported fruits. Sohai Penang Beng still believe they can't afford home and food due to weak currency and blame previous gov for corruptions, tax and fuel price. As in capitalism, the fittest survive, sohai should go extinct.

唔是馬來西亞樓價低是香港地貴加上香港人喜歡給developer同銀行打工一世。見過很多朋友不需要有二, 三間樓但他們算到盡去供. 自己住在很小二，三百尺, 一點享受都唔會。

No country is perfect in this world. I lived in the US and Canada and decided to return to Malaysia for good. Why? Malaysia has all I need, it's more colourful, safer, vibrant and warmer than the western countries. It is also the country with the best food that many can afford to enjoy. I love Malaysia !!!😂😞

Bro, statistics never lie, look at how many malaysians are in singapore, there are serious issues in msia, johor singapore causeway is the most congested bridge in the world because msians are clotting it to go to singapore daily to study and work. Most chinese msians are in singapore. I am not here to say all the cons of msia and then everyone will hate me, but when you look at the numbers of msians in singapore or overseas, in droves, you will ask yourself it is not just "not perfect country"
