Nothing to be happy about, this Town is full of corruption, roads full of dust, most of these so called dream houses are constructed on either elephant corridors or on saal forest which first get converted in panchayat land by the corrupt forest officials + panchayat & then same panchayat land is sold to property dealers. See this place in 5 years & it won't be any different than delhi

Rajan, I also visited the location last year but the concerned person Rajesh Sharma was not supportive in terms of sharing custoemr details so that buyer can ascertain several points but he was reluctant to share any info. Bhai tumari last ki kuch lines ghar ko bechne wali ne ekdum se mujhe aur mere dream ko mirror dikha diya... Itna pesa lagaya and fir bechne ki nobat aana is really heartbreaking for anybody who's not even finished yet... Actually me bhi pahado par rehna chahta hu but kehte hai na ki jo dikhne me jitna sundar ho vo utna he badsurat bhi hota hai coz hum delhi wale chahe jitna bhi kahe hume pahado par rehna hai etc etc but asliyat ye hai ki hum ekdum se apna natural habitat quit nhi kr skte humesha k liye. Kuch dino tk ka ghumna firna ek alag baat hoti hai.. Pahado ka maza hai to saza bhi hai. Wahan emergency me hospital boht dur hote hai aur vo bhi govt.. Wild animals ka danger.. Extreme weather and natural calamities.. Too much unpleasant silence.. No mkt areas like delhi... Construction is a big headache.. You can't negotiate with their local builder or any technical person... Jamin se jada banane ka kharch... Etc.

😅 to bhai sidha bolo dikkat bas paiso ki hai... baki sab mast hao udhar v, mere family v logo ne bnaya hai but unhone secondary home ke taur pe bnaya hai. Sir ji, last year I have visited your plot in Dhaulas when it was under construction. I was also looking some plot in nearby area. I liked the peaceful cantt area, crossing the Dhaulas bridge and around small area of forest (trees).

Dehradun mein basic skilled labour nahi hai,, hame bhi same issue hue in laws ne banaya ,, 3 room set.. ek to yaha sab apne ap ko thekedaar samjhte hai,, labour bhi thekedaar baney fir rahe hai,, second electrician bhi plumber ka kam kerta hai,, perfection nahi hai,, jiski waja se bhot nuksan hota hai,, Delhi mein skilled hai labour,,aur wo planning se Kam kerte hai,, yaha hisab nahi hai,, finally,, yaha 2 sal rehkar ab,, ache thekedaar,, electrician, plumber,, building material wale Jaan gaye,, lekin new person k lie bhot costly hota hai,, aur kaam aadha chodh k bhag jate hai

bahut achhe se explain kiya apne.

Save nature save naturalty sources don't destroyed nature save ukd land from destroyed and out people who many land aquire and destroyed

Delhi jasi over crowded over polluted concret ka jangal jasi jagha sa nikalkar asi jagah par phuchana ak sapana ha.Very lovely and peaceful place to spend life with family.

Yes this is only construction cost. Land cost nahi bataya jo ki kam se kam 30lac to hoga 220 gaj ka
