I was thinking ‘not another let’s play’ but the fact that you explain tactics and how the battle typically progresses makes this video interesting and valuable to me - not just entertaining. By all means, show play-throughs but if you include commentary on your thinking, decisions and how a battle typically moves forward I’ll watch them every time!

What else could one possible talk about? Their favorite 80s songs? Their new washer and dryer? About how their dog ran away but came back 30 second and later this morning I’m not sure what “let’s play” means but assuming you’re talking about gameplay videos I really am curious what people talk about on other gameplay videos... For me it’d be incredibly difficult to hold a conversation with me and myself about anything other than they thing my mind is occupied on

I personally prefer the commentary over the gameplay instead of straight gameplay.

not hard to defend the beach. you can either fortified the hell inside and outside of the objective. or just camp with a tank on that little road and just mg everyone. most people now know to cover the flanks. which really forces the US into those choke points where snipers and tanks cant hit those MG nests.

@@decemberferret nice, i had my first 150 ish kills a week ago. on that assualt map with the germans vrs russians. i just sent up a anti air gun just sniped guys. when i ran out of ammo. i just camped the base with a MG team the map where the germans defend that trenches/ flak gun then the town. got pushed back there and i just camped the house next to the obj. just slapped down a ammo crate and just machine gun everyone.

You have no idea how encouraging it is to hear you saying that you've no idea where you're being shot from. sums up my experience completely

Engineer: supreme class, necessary for victory with building AT, AA, wire, team spawn beacon Assault: attack those positions Sniper: get those MG on d-day before they get you Infantry: some good cannon fodder for the emperor Explosive: tanks go boom, soldiers go boom Mortar and Radio operator: everything goes boom from a distance Tank: good item to push with infantry, lots of free assist kills Plane: I cannot fly I usually unload guns ammo and rockets/ bombs while kamikaze into the enemies

Great video i would like to see something like that in The future. Btw my tactic for attacking in normady is to take Control of right side of map and then flank enemy bunkers

I run engineer straight off the beach - seems like I'm the only person setting rally points 90% of the time. Rush the left side and get a rally point in the bunker, and drop barbed wire and a hedgehog under the hole and secure position

Great video Though something that I dislike about D day in this game is they don’t include any of the other countries like Britain canada and France which also played a big role in the invasion of Normandy Just my opinion

Very important: use the tank to breach the walls at the beginning, this makes a huge difference!

Sometimes I get all up in the objective I can hold it for a little till the first wave arrives. And the reinforcements I'm hoping for never show at least I took a few.

I don't get why everyone hates the radio squad. They're awesome. Just had 100 kills with one, after I ran out of rounds. You can't just guess though. Gotta have eyes on. Danger close, it's scary.. marking targets can't be underestimated.

Thank you for being a decent tank player and saying to shoot off MG 42s as an infantry player.

I played as the allies for the first time yesterday on this very map and the amount of people who just refuse to bloody go for the objective and instead rather camp on either flank is actually insane. We burned through all but 90 of our tickets until people finally moved in on the 1st objective and then when we had it capped we were down to like 20 tickets. I think we got another 250 tickets or something for the 2nd objective but that of course wasn't enough and people just continued to camp and that was it. That was the most frustrating nightmare of an experience I've had so far in Enlisted.

note the Panzer 3 N is a Premium tank you need to pay Golden Eagles to get In War thunder using a 75mm short was a failed version of a panzer 3 that would have had the 75mm long but thanks to it being unable to fit the longer 75mm the 75mm short was installed instead

For rally points, just make sure theyre in safe places. Close to point is obviously good, but a rally that gets destroyed is worthless so prioritize safe places over proximity to objectives!

Using the bf110 on this map is so much fun lol

also: don't forget to retract your flaps when you dont need to turn. it burns tons of energy. :D but anyway you tried and didnt just suicide immediately. the headon against the bf110 was also a good decision (well the only sane decision you could make at that point). if you keep learning to recognize the map from the skies then i think you will be able to do so much more. i myself have issues with map recognition at this point too.

I was thinking for half a second please don't let that be me playing against Quadro as I am no stranger to being owned on the D-day map!

lately when playing germans and on the d day map. no one goes for the mg42s might get 3-4 newbies who think they gonna saving private ryan a boat full of dudes but just ends up getting sniped. most german players just wait for the tanks to over push destroy em. then camp choke points with tanks and while squads cover the flanks. then you whoever will kill 10-15 in a air strike. but lately i been getting good pilots who just been mowing people down.

This game is very good.... but the damn bolt action!!!!!! It's like "enemy at the gates". 1 rifle per 4 men. "When the one with the rifle gets killed, the one without picks up the rifle and shoooooots!"

I like the rolling commentary for map decision making, especially the plane usage. Other than that, maybe focus on some editing skills - the best gameplay videos these days are highly edited, and either thematic or comedic. The days of TheRadBrad style commentary are over.

2:34 Well I mean it's realistic in my opinion, if the MGs stay up you can't win if the positions are taken you can push past the beach, it's pretty challenging for either side I don't find anything boring ab of it that

How in the heck do you use your tank machine gun properly on console. Mine bounces around everywhere ans I can only seem to control the turret?

Being killed by friendly artillery for me was slightly more aggravating than being killed by my own destroyer as the US. Yes you can be killed by the ships.

I found it to be really team oriented to go into that map with a sniper and clean all the "MG-Nester". Now you show me i can instead just kill the stationary weapons oh my...(i feel stupid now :)

I find it wierd that u can start with tanks on the beach, idk but I think they had no tank support, supposedly thier was alot of fog too and I think it be cool if you could use the dd tanks on this map, I like this map alot cuz it's a desperate run to the other side of the beach and that's only the start of the match

Commentary is better than just straight game sound in my humble opinion and I just downloaded this on my PC today and I suck so bad at it there's so much s*** to do in that game

Either one is okay I guess ..in funnier moments use your live gameplay reactions and as you want to talk and explain things or Point things out use the post commentary .. but I like the video either way .. know that I do not know what I'm talking about as I am absolute s*** with computers. love for me and mine to you and yours.

They really need to do something about the planes. It's irritating when they just constantly rocket your team. Like making them have to land to rearm or something

You choose your side before you start the match. By clicking allies or axis. Or you can click the "Join any team" button and it will randomly put you on allies or axis

Id rather have live commentary than voice over after recording. It kinda feels weird to me personally. love your vids bro!

@@Z0mb13ta11ahase The problem with stream highlights is that I stream at a lower resolution. Also, oftentimes my commentary is more just interacting with chat rather than actual game commentary, which is lost when moved to KZread.

If you like enlisted you should try warthunder. Its only vehicles but the same mother company and its very fun. In fact its the same tank models from warthunder

Is there a way to only play domination? I just hate conquest for this game, domination is the only mode where if Im not doing good I still have fun, where if its conquest Its just repetitive

hey quadro, i have an question: which rifle is better, ross mk3 or lee enfield no4? because they cost the same but enfield has more rounds in magazine so why should anyone buy ross rifles?

I personally prefer the Ross because of the sights but that’s just me. I haven’t spent any silver orders buying them tho I mostly use the garand for my infantry

Idk if it’s just me but D-Day is almost always extremely one sided one way or the other I don’t think I’ve ever had a balanced D-Day match

I cap at 60 FPS because when I stream, I dont want unlimited FPS to tank my PC. While recording, I'm honestly too lazy to go and change the settings every time so I just leave it at 60

I think they need to change how many points tank players get because usually when I play tank I get around 100-200 assist and my score goes high af. I get first place eventho someone who plays infantry and has more kills and actually plays point gets less points than me eventho I just camped enemy spawn with tank the whole game. The game shouldn't reward camping outside the objective otherwise we get twats like me camping poor spawners trying to join the fight.

I'm guessing you're playing on American servers? Tried playing US(because of Garand, BAR, Sherman) on Euro servers and got absolutely destroyed again and again and again. On the other hand, played Russians and we obliterated Germans like 9 games straight.

This is one of the most interesting Normandy beach landing maps in gaming, and it's *still* boring. It's just not a good setup for good gameplay.

Totally agree! D-Day sounds like its a lot of fun in theory, but in reality its just getting shot by MG's for 20 minutes until you finally break them. I think Hell Let Loose does a decent job, but even HLL struggles imo

3:30.... i have an idea why this happened... this game is bad, probably still worse than the players itself. Its nearly impossible for me to fall under the top3 of my team except i get counterplayed heavily by mostly p2w stuff or people with too much time to grind. Even with low rank and barely anything i manage to get tons of kills
