I’m starting my curse of strahd campaign and I’ll use this

I was listening to this while working on some COS stuff for when I run it, and I noticed Mad Mary weeping in the background! I wasn't expecting that but it's so cool that you included it in the ambience!

Weary from the day's march, your group treads carefully yet with purpose onto the gloom laden streets of Barovia. Rain - light and steady saturates the ground creating many puddles that your already mud soaked boots splash into. The scent of burning wood and coals barely graces your noses and shadows slink to and fro from within dark alley ways. The sound of a horse and a man's shout breaks the monotony of the pelting rain. Perceptions checks from everyone please . . .

This makes me even more excited to play Curse of Strahd. We are starting today and I am hyped!

All our characters just started for first time and I'm psyched. Can't wait for strahd

Now, I need to make Wayne June the Narrator of my campaign.

Just use this in our first session. Perfect. That plus the bone grinder windmill track perfect love this series thank you so much for it. I don't often get like approving head nods for the some atmosphere I put on but these first couple tracks, the players were really digging.

so glad I found these, running CoS tonight and my players will be listening to this :) I love the addition of mad mary's sobs too.

About to start running Strahd tomorrow and this exactly what I need. Thank, thank you a thousand times over. These are great!

I just love ambience and ASMR channels! your channel has a great soundscape to it. I have also always loved when people do descriptive paragraphs to. Please, I would love to see a room in an Inn with a lively jig playing in the common bellow. Keep up to brilliant work!

Thankyou for for the love. I'll add your request to the list, but for now, perhaps my video "Tavern Cellar" might be close to what you're after.

If we cannot find an inn, we can huddle in our rain jackets around an oil lamp and make hot tea and stew which would be perfect on a rainy night like this.

I love this ambience and appreciate the attention to detail with the weeping, but you can't hear Mad Mary weeping everywhere in the village, and I feel like it would become annoying eventually, so I really wish there was a version without the crying.

Thanks for your hard work! With how Role Playing Table Top Games are now placing such emphasis on role playing, character background, plot, and overall ambiance (something I embrace and this is coming from a very long time player of D&D) your offerings are adding a very important element to various settings. May I ask what software you use for your recordings?

I use Pro Tools to put it together. Other than that I use a small piece of software to organise my library of sounds into something I can search through.

Barely too long to use with most Discord bots, makes DMing hard when every ambience track is 0.2 to 11 seconds too long to play with Rhythm Bot

I don't know. Something about losing 100,000 Americans by June 1 has made me tune into this music as I work. It is so relaxing somehow! I want to use it in my haunted house forecourt this fall- If Haloween happens this year.

not bad, I'm glad you make exactly these soundscapes but I find it highly inconvenient when something like rain or Fire is constantly going on in the background. this limits the Possibilities of usage. woud be better, if there were different parts or even just 2 Videos

Flummiification in the artist's defense (and in no way discrediting your opinion) they're following a module-specific theme. In the Ravenloft setting Barovia is almost always plagued by rain.

drakynoch just because i'ts never sunny, doesn't mean there is always rain. I will play it as Foggy or cloudy most of the time, maybe even with some clear sky at night

Flummiification while your point is valid, there are ambient videos in the artist's non-ravenloft specific collection without rain. I just wanted to point out that these videos were specific to points in the narrative of the adventure module itself.
