loved the move, his instant offense and perimeter offense is needed on this team. People focus on the WCF and believe me he was horrible, might have been one of the main reasons we lost, if he would’ve average 15 pts at least we might’ve won multiple games in that series but people forget game 1 in the first two rounds, game 4 and 6 against memphis, game 3 vs warriors. He had a huge impact in those games, he just needs to make better decisions with ball and have better shot selection

@@LeGoat-23 I would like to think it also had something to do with DLo’s controlled pace of the game at the pg spot after he came back from injury as well, Lebron DLo, AD chemistry was far better than anything russ was doing, it trickled through out the whole team

I've always liked Dlo's game bc he plays a very unique way. I think its the way he moves and the pace he dribbles at in the half court. When he gets hot he makes literally every shot, his biggest issue has been the scoring consistency, since scoring is the main thing he offers. I've always loved his jumper for some reason, when they go in it just looks like absolute butter lol. He uses the glass and his touch a lot too inside the arc. I like that the Lakers got him on a discount compared to his last contract.

Yes he performed bad in the nuggets series, but he was the Lakers swagger throughout the final push in the regular season and even early stages of the playoffs. Bringing him back will add that swagger that we really need.

DLo's ball handling and creativity what he does to the pace of our offense and how crispy he delivers to the post is underrated i was glad we got him in the trade and even tho he didn't end the season shooting flames I'm still glad to have him in our lineup he is our hypest hype man also love his energy ❤

Look, I loved the idea of Westbrook being a 6th man for a while, but them getting D'Lo is one of the factors that got them to the playoffs. For me, he's just more calm and calculated compared to the robust and fast-paced style of Westbrook. D'Lo can shoot too. Tends to be streaky at some times, but I'd rather have him facilitate the offense due to my statement earlier.
