Hi!:) How are you guys? Recently, I prepared for the performance with “V. Monti - Czardas”. Italian composer Vittorio Monti composed this piece based on a Hungarian csárdás (traditional Hungarian folk dance). Thank you so much!:) I think that lots of people know the melody. I hope that you guys like this performance!! Have a nice day!

When I was in HS this was my very favorite recital piece I ever played. When I was a wee violinist I told my teacher this was my favorite piece and he said someday maybe I could play it. WHen he finally pulled it out for me to play I was ecstatic. Almost a full year of practice to nail the fast bit.

Nice crystals, it looks closer to Rousseau's. It's a nice fun piece, my friend once played this in a violin recital!

"Csárdás" (or "Czardas") is a rhapsodical concert piece by the Italian composer Vittorio Monti. Written in 1904, the folkloric piece is based on a Hungarian csárdás. It was originally composed for violin, mandolin, or piano.

This might be the best performance I’ve seen from you Kassia, and with the gargantuan amount of great performances you produce, that is saying something. I very rarely hear pieces played with emotion and grace, and yet be completely clean and delightful. One comparison in that regard I would make is Nick van Bloss’ Goldberg Variations a few years back. This is utterly magical work from you, thank you for sharing your gift with us. 💜💜👏🏻👏🏻
Kassia plays the piano very well and I listen to Kassia every day.

Such a brilliant piece. I'm sorry for people who skiped it because of first part. I think that we should listen full pieces because composers wrote them complicated
