I am wondering if you can help me I had a retinal detachment it was a small tear that was absolutely nowhere near my central Vision that didn't heal properly due to scaring so the surgeon fitted a scelral buckle and added densiron oil (think that's what is was called) it healed but the buckle was causing so much damage they removed it 6 months later then had to risk cataract surgery and a second washout all at the same time. After having the cataract surgery I had cystoid macular edema they medication got rid of the cists apparently, I have never been shown a scan as proof but I have lost my central vision in that eye. I have asked the surgeon many times he won't give me any reason whatsoever then he retired and none of the other specialists will give me any sort of answer I feel almost like a sinner when I ask. I have to conjure up my own theory and I get a big floating reflective bubble in my central vision so my theory is the oil from the retinal detachment washout was somehow washed into the anterior chamber of the eye and was then trapped by the cataract bag. Considering I know little about eyes my harry potter theory might be a wand wave to far. I was also diagnosed with glaucoma in both eyes just to add to my misery. I would really appreciate your help I can't get a answer from the hospital unfortunately. Thanks.

What about when there is leakage on the F.A.? Subject of another video?
