Glad to see you're enjoying your time here even off season. We've lived in Paphos nearly 6 years and Venus is our local beach, this is the perfect time of year to enjoy it, April onwards you can barely move for people and sunbeds!

Great video, we’ve been going to Paphos for 20 years and seen many changes , been all inclusive, half board but now go self catering as we find the food and service really good in the local restaurants , prices are really good as well. We normally go April to June or September to November as July and August are to hot for us. Hiring a car is a good idea as there is plenty to see within a half hour driving radius and really nice tavernas in the villages.

Guess you must have seen plenty of changes over the past few years. We only went bed and breakfast this visit as we wanted to try different restaurants, which we did and found lots of good places. We only hired the car for three days, wish we had done this earlier as we do like to get around exploring. Appreciate your message, thank you. x

Totally agree Orlando isn't as cheap as it once was.due to dollar rate and post covid I guess and it is extremely busy these days. everything has changed out there. We try to eat budget friendly but it still costly. . We just do what we feel like doing on the day. Planning doesn't work for us. We just go with the flow of things. We like to be spontaneous.

Thank you for your message we will be going back sometime this year, but we have a few trips coming up in the next few months. Probably be between July and August, we do last minute booking to get cheaper flight deals. We will put notification on our Facebook page or my (carole) Instagram. Page. We love Portugal been going regularly for over 25 years as (Stevens) parents moved there Have a wonderful trip in April and you never know we could be there in August when you there. No disrespect to Paphos but it is not known for its beaches. Best beaches are on the East side of the island. Has anyone ever told Steve that he sounds a lot like Michael Caine. I assume that this video was shot on Green Monday (1st day of Lent) as that is the day that flying kites is a tradition. Cyprus easter (Greek Orthodox) is not until 5th May this year.

Hya. Yes we did film on green Monday. . The Michael Cane quote has come up a few times with Stevens accent being from same part of London as the actor.
