Filming videos of random people in a public place is not prohibited. We don't live in North Korea. There are a billion such videos on KZread, where random people are on the beach on the video. There is a KZread channel, I don’t remember the name, it has 9 million subscribers. There are women in bikinis on the beach.

By your logic, you can close KZread, TikTok, Instagram... 90% of all videos from public places. There are random people there, maybe 100 people or 200, do you have to approach everyone and ask for consent? 😂😂😂 And if a crime is being committed and a person has filmed it, do you also have to ask the criminal for permission? Do you want to go back and live like in the 90s?
