4:03 Ferrofluid. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm sure it's liquid with fine metal particles in it that react to electro magnetic currents. They tense up and allign themselves with the magnetic frequencies to form spiky shapes.

in the 1970's i put talc on a speaker and played different notes to make different patterns, inspired by a hifi manufacturers acoustic maps of their speakers, bose or spendor, or someone like that. their maps were like line contours of efficiency. yep, i was an electronic and hifi nerd.

It is real. This is definitely not the only video on cymatics. Also that’s a Tesla coil he was using toward the end of the video. I can showcase a simple example of cymatics with just a Tibetan singing bowl and some salt…anyone can with just a little practice with the singing bowl. These are both very affordable. Put some salt anywhere inside the singing bowl then proceed to play it. As far as the water and other awesomeness showcased here, you have to have the right tools for it.

Specific frequencies order matter specifically. Every time. Vibrations reveal sacred geometries. The first liquid is just water. One of the most amazing things. They all take the same patterns at the same frequencies. And to think, this is how the universe holds together. As for "how did we think of..." the knowledge of vibration is ancient. The same forms can be seen painted on cave walls over 10,000 years old. The Mayans had symbols in their culture that are exact matches for the forms you see. Theory has it that those ancient mystics sat in caves around a campfire, chanted/sang together, and the vibration of their voices moved the smoke into the formations we see in Cymatics.
