Happy New Year. If the heater not required and unable to source the right metal pipe replacement, would it be able to blocked blocked off on both ends to stopped the coolant travel to the heater?

Hi AliMECH. Thank you so much for sharing. I’m now convinced to replace the cylinder radiator pipe. Wanted to address the elephant of the room. Is it safe to shampoo and rinse with water the alternator?

Alternators are splash prove but can't be submerged in water, but I always wash all my cars with pressure washer and never had problems with it, plus in winter most of the times it gets we when driving under heavy rain

can I use epoxy steel weld (JB Weld, Permatex Steel Weld) to glue the pipe? in case the fitting is loose

I didnt use anything, it's been installed from factory like this and even I don't have any problems now

Where do you live?
The clamp was placed way too near the cylinder head, isn't it supposed to sit between those two flanges?

You are right, but the design of the engine so bad, I put it like you said before but when I put the intake manifold on, it wasn't sitting flush, that's why that clamp has to be near cylinder

@@AliMECH ah, I get it, the clamp sits too near the manifold if you install it between the flanges, that's one big problem...
