In 2010 I traveled for a year through 8 countries spread around the world. During this year I spent 22 weeks in New Zealand, 19 of which I traveled by bike, exploring this country from north to south along the west coast and back from south to north along the east coast and center of NZ. I started and finished in Auckland, for a total of 5200km cycling kilometers with all of my luggage on the bike.
Sometimes bike rides were interrupted for long hikes of a few days.
In this short movie/ music video, the bike ride story of 134 days around New Zealand is summarized in 10 minutes, based on loose footage I took during my rides. Hope you enjoy...

It's not recommended to listen to portable music as you need to able to hear traffic while cycling.

+Rocky May I could hear the traffic really good, they were small headphones on the ear, not in or over my ears. And when you'r on the bicycle for months on your own, often on roads with almost no traffic, I like to listen to some music :)
