I don't remember to be honest. They all do to an extent just depends on your cars seat and how the car seat rests on it. Stay tuned I'm going to do a video on the baby jogger city turn I really like that one.
It wobbles around so much when the legs out idk how to stabilize it

I would strongly encourage you to contact support to find a solution to ensure it's installed properly. 1-877-242-5676 I am no longer in the position of this car seat.
Can you remove seat from the rotating base ?
