    Nice work as ever man! It really does give me the vibe of a shop that's on it's last legs or in a really bad part of a really bad town that's not dying fast enough. A lot of those have cages on the windows so they can't be smashed.

    Thanks, that's kinda the vibe I was going for. I figure if you have necromunda/5 parcsecs stuff going on then it's probably not in the nice part of town. The window cages is something I will definitely be playing with

    Very impressed with the neon sign. When I first saw it I thought you had been experimenting with the LED neon rope lights. You might be able to get brighter colors using fingernail polish.

    By far your best project yet. Now I can’t wait what you do with the interior. Thanks for making these awesome videos.

    @@thecavyforge7307 I bought a few spruces of the Stargrave Crew, Crew II and Mercenaries, and wasn’t quite sure what terrain style to go with. This project has the right look, dilapidated (like a forgotten outer planets settlement structure) but not extreme post apocalyptic. Perfect

    It's always fun to noodle around with crafting, you never know what'll happen. This is a really nice build and it was interesting to see.

    Great build! I am wanting to do some 2000 AD style terrain for my new Judge Dredd game that I just bought into and also wanting to flex my creativity. The main problem is storage though.

    Sounds great, I have the starter set for it and the cyberpunk city will double up as megacity slums. As for storage that's why a lot of my terrain has flat tops so i can stack it then put smaller pieces inside

    Great video. I'm definitely going to steal your concrete techniques on a project I've been putting off for a while. You are the only crafting KZreadr I see using gesso, is there a reason you use it over paint and mod podge?

  • @thecavyforge7307

    @thecavyforge7307

    yes, gesso is a lot cheaper and gives more of a 'tooth' so it helps paint adhere to smoother components. It also doubles as the black basecoat so it saves some time there

    Hi, just a quick question, that insulation board you use for the concrete effect with the lines what is that product called, does it have a specific name? Trying to find my equivalent here in Australia - love your builds, sheer amazing attention to detail!

    Thank you! It was advertised as underfloor insulation from b&q here. I've tried to find it online but I think it might be discontinued. It's essentially just thin Styrofoam for putting underneath carpet
