Hey everyone! Long time no see, huh? As promised, here is the tutorial for how I turned a pair of cheap knee high boots into everyone's favourite netrunner's stylish shoes!
Materials:
- A pair of knee high boots
- Scissors
- Masking/washi tape
- Red bias binding
- Fabric glue
- Sewing machine/needle & thread (optional, only if you want to secure the raw edges)
