no but cdpr doenst copyright music used in their games so for things like youtube its fine but if ur doing anything licenced don't use it

They really could take a lesson from Final Fantasy 14 and use a different combat music for each region/city part. Like you can keep the same leitmotif but add something that fits the respective district.

Each gang has its own combat track when you fight them and gangs are usually separated by district so that does exist in a sense

Not to mention each gang/faction has variants to their theme based on if you go stealth or full combat.
