Automatic love is very easy on stealth. and if you do one specific regina contract before talking to Woodman, you can threaten him with "remember what happened to that tyger claw guy" and voila. Oh and i always turn off cameras on the way in, when still on first floor. Much easier to get xp when no one's shooting. What got you triggered is not the opening of door per se, but a guy that was behind it on the left (by default he's chilling on one of the couches, he's hard to spot in the dark). Also you can make glass not-translucent (with a cyberdeck, which you didn't have)
