+Michael - If we only count human deaths, it is (about) 100 milliard. And 22 people have died in space. This means that 99.999999978% of deaths happen on earth or about 100 % (because we only have two significant figures). If we were to count all deaths, no matter human or not, it would be difficult to even evaluate without rounding.
