Hi I’m new I just found your channel and I’m very excited to learn how to coupon 😊 I notice a lot of your videos are cvs so far, do you have videos on other places like target or Walmart? Just curious as this is new to me as a new mom and only working part time so I can care for my son. unfortunately no. the CVS self checkouts don't have the e-gift card option like the regular checkouts do. the SCOs only take physical gift cards.

From what I tested so far you can only use a coupon one time from your link you receive until that coupon "resets". I haven't seen a coupon reset yet - but note what the expiration was of the one you used and then once it updates it should mean it reset and we can use it again! What I did as a work around was I went to the site (I have 2 P&G accounts lol) and entered my moms phone # and she got sent her own link and I had her copy the link and send it to me. I used that at checkout (it had a different barcode than the one sent to my phone #) and then another set of the $5 OTC coupons came off perfectly! You may not even have to create another P&G everyday account. I think if you clip your OTCs again on your same account it will re-prompt you to enter a phone # again and you can send them to someone else.

You should be able to use $11 and not have it affect your OTC network coming off. $11.48 would be what you owe remaining after coupons and the OTC. You have to hand over your paper ECBs before the OTC barcode is scanned. Or if they’re sent to your card they of course come of automatically with the digitals. I used ECBs with my OTCs last week and it didn’t affect the $ value the OTC took off. The only thing that messes with the OTC amount deducted are spend CRTs like $10/$70, $5/$20 etc in my experience. I wouldn’t use those in your OTC transactions.

yes you can. I did it myself last week and it didn't mess up the amount the OTC took off. Just make sure you do your math right so you don't use too many ECBs when factoring in for the OTC coming off.

What is OTC network coupon? Oh okay how often can we upload the coupons do you know? Can we stil print as a choice?

It's basically a gift card payment coupon. So rather than a coupon attaching digitally your cashier scans the barcode the P&G website sends you at the end of your transaction, and in the system it looks for any remaining balance on that item and applies to it as a gift card payment. Does that clarify? I show my receipt using the OTC network coupons in last weeks video if you want to check out how it looks on paper! You can continually send links to your phone - but the coupon will only come off once from your link until the expiration date resets so just keep track of that to know when it resets and you can use the same coupon again. And yes you can still print as a choice on the P&G everyday site!

How Manny times can you use your otc dijital cupon?

only once! I tested this out because when you use your link and it takes off the coupon, those coupons remain showing in the link if you click it again so I thought you could use it multiple times. The second time I tried to use them nothing came off. I switched and used my mom's phone # link for her OTC coupons that same day and it worked perfectly.

The OTC coupon is for 103oz downy but the one you’re showing is 51oz, it still works for the smaller one?

Sorry! What I was trying to explain was that if you don't want to get the big $13.49 Tide pods you can swap it out for the $13.49 big 103oz Downy and then use the separate $5 OTC for that one. But still keep in the $6.99 Downy and use the $1 digital in both scenarios to reach $20. Does that clarify?

Hi Kayla. I was curious if the P & G digital or even paper coupons work at Walmart. I don’t have those particular coupons in the store app but I have a similar rebate on Ibotta but only for Walmart but I have heard that it is very difficult to use paper or even digital coupons at Walmart

I know the OTC coupons do work at checkout. I have heard from other people who shop at Walmart. I don't have a Walmart close so I haven't tried! I know you can combine OTC and Ibotta at Walmart since the OTC show as a gift card payment and not a coupon payment on the receipt.

the link doesn't expire! so just click the link and look at the expirations on the coupons. Mine that I've clipped in late December say they expire at the end of January 2024!

I did not do the deal this week - I just showed the breakdown because I am out of $5 OTC coupons. If you watch my receipt breakdown for the Tide from last week I realized when I tried to use the same link from my phone # that even though the coupons still show in my same link that I already used once they don't come off more than once. So I had my mom send the coupons to her phone # and then send me HER link and I used her link that had a different barcode and then I was able to have the $5 coupons come off again! I hope that makes sense.

Will that happen the same way if you shot online?

No because online spend deals are after coupons not before like in store. So a spend $30 get $10 for P&G laundry for example would be spend $30 before coupons in store and spend $30 after coupons online to get the $10. However buy deals like buy 2 get $5 ECB do work online the same as in store with coupons! I prefer in store for CVS.

It does say ur suppose to print the OTC barcode... Some stores won't just scan ur phone Also I tried today w the digital and a $10/60 and the $5 wouldn't come off...only 1.17 did and I still had like $4 left so I know there was enough to cover

Hmm that’s interesting. A couple weeks ago I used a $5/$20 CRT and my OTC adjusted down even though technically there should have been enough $ value on the actual pods for the full $5 to come off. I think spend CRTs mess with the “remaining balance” that the OTC network coupon “sees” is left on items. I usually do my OTC transactions separately alone with no other items so it’s less messy. I’ve never had a cashier tell me the OTC barcode needs to be printed. I just tell my cashier it’s a gift card and they’re pretty used to digital CVS gift card barcodes.

How do u make attach to the otc coupon mine doesn’t come off it attaches to only the $3 digital only

The OTC applies as a $5 gift card at checkout at the very very end of the transaction when it prompts you to pay. Honestly - sometimes cashiers don't know what is going on haha. the P&G website has printable coupons AND OTC network coupons that get sent to your phone and apply as a gift card payment at the end of the transaction. I just let my digitals come off like normal and say "hey and then I have a gift card payment" and they just scanned my barcode, entered the expiration when prompted and didn't ask/comment additionally. When I coupon I try to make everything "not a big deal" if that makes sense haha. I am very casual.
