I printed my crts on Saturday and the Neutrogena extended till Dec 23. My crt for $3 off $10 for Neutrogena scanned but told the clerk it was expired. It applied itself even after the pop up. I guess I got lucky.

That is amazing! I am going to try to send my CRTs I printed already to card towards the end of this week and see if they extend past the current expiration of this Saturday the 23rd. If they don't - I will have to reassess my strategy of printing them so that I can use them on the following Sunday now that they aren't scanning expired.

Yes last week system automatically rejected 1 day expired crt with no option for cashier to accept 😞

Did you try and see if any IP or inserts work after expiration with the new set of rules in place at CVS? This is pretty depressing that CRTs no longer scan after expiration

I did not test IP/inserts no. I kind of stopped using expired IPs for a while now ever since they stopped scanning 15 days expired back in the spring-ish time. I saw Stephanie from Crazy Deals & Steals post on IG that both 2 days and less expired IPs and inserts scanned for her as well as 1 day expired CRTs - but the expired CRTs did not work for me at my store unfortunately. I am going to test sending my CRTs in my app to card later in the week to see if they start extending in expiration like they used to. I saw some of my CRTs were extending again which would be great news.

I often have extra bucks lower themselves. CVS math is tricky. SMH

I try to be super careful with my math but on an $80 transaction with lots of coupons it's easy to miss something. I hear you.

What's the expired xcb rules??? It showed on my card when I placed the order,but then got an email saying refunded my oop money

I would be curious to see if anyone had the same issue as me. When the cashier scanned the OTC coupon after entering the expiration the register said "pending transaction" and it never came off

Have you ever used a OTC network coupon before? That's what mine said when I was trying to reuse the same link that I used the 2 $5 coupons for the previous week - then I scanned a new unused link and it worked.

Go to the P&G website and hit coupons then digital coupons. You can clip all them there then you’ll enter your phone # and it texts you a link to your OTC coupons. Click that at the register. It’ll have you select your store so select CVS. Then it gives you a barcode with redemption instructions above it. Checkout at CVS like normal handing over any paper coupons and ECBs. Your digitals will come off. Then at the very end of the transaction once they tell you your final total to pay tell them you have a CVS gift card. they scan the barcode for the OTC just like a fetch rewards CVS e-gift card. Your cashier may ask you what the expiration is because it’ll prompt them to enter that and it’s the month and year of the coupon expiration. In this case it was 01-2024. Then the $ comes off just like how gift cards apply! In my scenario $10 came off. I hope that helps.

@@kaylakoupons Do the OTC digital coupons from P&G website reset? We saw how the CVS digital coupons clipped and the OTC digital coupons both came off. Do you think printable IP from P&G and the OTC digital coupons will come off together? I really want to it because that would be huge savings

@@cornkiller534 I'm sure they do reset - however I have not tested how often they reset or how to tell when they reset. On the first link I got sent to MY phone # last week I used the $5 Downy and Tide and they remained in my "list" of available coupons in that same link when I checked a week later - but didn't work to use again (since I used them last week from that link) - so the reset time must be > than 1 week. My guess is I will have to wait until the expiration date on those resets and then that should signify that the coupons themselves reset. I used my moms phone # link I had her send to me and then those OTCs worked since they were "tied" to a different phone # and her barcode # was different than mine. I do think printables and OTC coupons will work together yes. I'm sure P&G doesn't want the two to work together since they are both technically manufacturer coupons. From my understanding how the coding is within the OTC coupons is that regular coupons like digitals/printables "attach" to the actual product and once one is attached another is unable to attach to the same item. But OTC coupons on the other hand look for the remaining $ VALUE of the item and deduct what's remaining or the max value being the OTC coupon amount. I know that because last week for the Tide it was $13.49, I used the $3 digital, a $5 off $20 CRT and some ECBs and the system registered that there was only $4 and some change remaining due on the Tide pods so the OTC coupon adjusted down to that value. On the other hand for the Downy where I used no digital/printable coupon it took off the full $5 value. Then this week when I used no $5 off $20 CRT there must have been $5+ value remaining on both Tide/Downy and so the OTC coupons each took off $5. All that to say - printables should work with OTC because they attach/deduct in two completely different ways in the system.

@@kaylakoupons Did you use ECB when you bought the Tide/Downy this week where it took off the $5 value on both products? You're so smart thinking about the OTC coupons look for the remaining product value. I didn't think about that. If I use ECB to pay will it affect the remaining value? For Example: Tide $13.49 Use $4 Digital Coupon or IP, then I would only use $4 ECB to pay and then use $5 OTC and hopefully applies in its full value since there is still $5.49 left in product value. If we figure this out, that's one hell of deal
