Cvičenie s Petrou Vlhovou za Zdravý chrbátik

Zdravý chrbátik je projekt Občianskeho Združenia Za zdravší život pod záštitou Dr. Rusnáka. Veľmi nás oslovila iniciatíva a práca Dr. Rusnáka a občianskeho združenia, ktoré vytvára preventívne cvičenie pre deti v predškolskom a v školskom veku až po seniorov, so zameraním sa na zdravý vývoj chrbtice, ale aj liečenie zistených porúch.
Keďže Petra Vlhová je naša „Rossignol krvná skupina“ a momentálne jeden z najúspešnejších slovenských športovcov, oslovili sme ju a pána Vlhu, či by chceli pomôcť spropagovať Zdravý chrbátik aj smerom na lyžiarsku komunitu.
Stretnutie prebehlo 4. augusta 2019 v stredisku Marina Liptov. S Peťou prišla aj jej fyzioterapeutka pani Paulovičová.

    Hi Petra. I was looking at the Jan. 12, 2021 slalom at Flachau. Overall you looked good. My only comment would be that you had too much vertical movement of you upper body on the bottom half of the course. I have seen some of the best bumps skiers ski moguls at Mt. Hood (the Palmer Glacier) in the summer. The bet guys barely move their center of gravity. If you put a belt around their waists, it would hardly go up and down at all. Their legs are like pistons. They extend and retract, while their center does not move. The bottom part of the course had ruts that were a bit mogul-like. You would sink down considerably (the belt if you had one would go down considerably) as you hit the bottom of the rut / mogul. This caused you to brake more than normal. It also caused your movement to be slower through such turns than its had to be. If you turned while using your legs as pistons to stay in touch with the ground while your waist moved little, you would be much lighter on your skis/edges. You would brake less. You would be more in balance more of the time. Watch some of the top mogul skiers videos. Watch the other tops women slalom skiers. Perhaps you were tired? However, the piston idea is almost certain one you should adopt in slalom. You are still great even without it; but I think you could be better/faster.
