Hey everyone, we took a break from filming and Emily tried posing after flooding her mask, while exhaling at the bottom of the pool as a bit of a personal challenge! We tried this a few times to keep posted for the next attempt!

    Oh those memories. Mask flooding was the exercise I had the most problems with when I wanted to get my PADI Open Water Diver in 2016. It was so awful to me that i had to quit my first course 😕 However, came back to scuba diving 7 years later and finally got behind it, thanks to a very, very kind scuba instructor who told me how to and who had the patience to let me practice.
