They are PVC pipe cutters. you can find them on amazon or local hardware store.

I use that same type of pvc pipe cutter to take half the cover off a ball leaving half the cover on and the other half odd so I can carve the part without the cover.. KZread golfball carving and you'll see what you can do with the balls once you have half the cover off.

Okay so im watching this and im watching the kirkland part golfball and i was eating a kirkland chocolate like 0o0 what!?! 😱

I have to say, I am at the point of the Srixon getting cut opened, and the srixon has three layers... camera picks it up.

Is it just me or does it seem like his fingers are just way too close every single time.........

So are golf balls essentially all the same and the rest is just marketing hype and name recognition?

As you can see by cutting them open... they're all different. Different compounds, dimple counts, dimple designs, etc.
