If you need to shorten or cut larger workpieces, this can be a time-consuming job with cutting discs measuring 115 or 125 mm in diameter, as the penetration depth is limited here. A better bet is a cutting disc with a diameter of 230 mm. Thanks to their larger diameter, even depressed variants like the XTK10 or FTK33 can penetrate up to 8.5 cm into the material.
