CUTTING DOWN A ROTTEN POPLAR

This was a contract climbing job. We cut down 2 trees and left everything on site. This was a down only job. I climbed up the pine tree topped and came down to drop the pole. Then I started climbing the dead poplar and Ethan put a line in the to pull me up to the top because there was a lot of ivy to go threw and it would have looked a long time. When i got to the top I sent 2 separate top and tied a pull line to the stem and came down to drop it.

Ivy is poisonous in all parts. The plant sap can cause skin irritation. Therefore, be sure to wear gardening gloves when cutting. When the plant is cut, small pieces of ivy are released. These particles can easily be inhaled and then cause symptoms, so a mask should be put on.
