It's not everyday you get to see 2 inch Rebar. I got this from a scrapyard. It was a drop from a highway overpass bridge project. I'm cutting it for an upcoming project.

I call BS! No such thing as 2” rebar, there is #18 (18/8) and #14 (14/8). There is no #16 or2” rebar.

@Utah_Mike okay, I'm not a structural engineer, just a guy with a big hunk of rebar that he got out of a scrap yard that came from a local overpass rebuild that measures about 2 inches in diameter, actually 2 1/4". So what #18?

@Utah_Mike No worries Bud, I was just saying it how I know it, which was in inches, which is how I've always bought rebar. I honestly didn't know larger rebar had numeric size codes. Sorry if my response came off hash, wasn't meant that way.
